Nofav Management/Community Management Resources has managed our condominium complex for the past five years, During that time they have managed our maintenance and finances professionally and with the highest work ethic. The management style is consistently courteous and reliable. Our HOA appreciates them for excellent communications skills while speaking both English and Spanish. We have made many improvements and continue plan maintenance projects which previous management companies have neglected. Our property values have increased during the years they have managed our complex.
