So with no response or any communication of any kind on Monday I will be contacting any news outlet that will listen as well as my attorneyI have gathered the appropriate witnesses and have already consulted and for the sake of your business and bad press I would recommend you contact me about a refund before Monday afternoonTY

I am rejecting this response because: Clearly they did not even read what I wrote There were no scratches I even stated there were no scratches and that the damage couldn't have been seen because it was the body kit/bumper on the front right side that came off that was re-seated from where the kit is screwed into the front right fender I know this because it was easy to re-seat but would not stay Like I said I would've had to have pulled on the front right portion of the bumber to unseat it in order to discover the damage because they obviously buttoned it back up real nice because my car was immaculate before hand They even wrote there were scratches on the receipt when there were none Also they have a dirt road lot and it had been raining prior Do they really expect me to get underneath the car to find all of this damage? dollars worth of damage happened from me merely driving the speed limit down roads back to my brothers apartment? This is shameful business practice and this place was a dump Someone please go inspect this place Also I would like to know if they loaded my car onto a flatbed or used a tow that elevates the front or back in order to tow it The undercarriage was where most of the damage was done and my car is low to the ground I attached several pictures and you can clearly see there are no scratches and that you merely see the seperation of the two parts No way this damage was caused with the car going forward because it pulled the kit off slightly which was enough to tear the screws out and scrape the bottom of the car They had to pull my car out from the parking spot it was in backwards so how is it that me driving forward all the way back to my brothers apartment was the front right portion of my bumper able to pull itself off? Magic? No a unprofessional towing service at some small dump in Saint Paul that already has a bad Revdex.com rating I will have to take legal action

We appolgize for the way you felt you have been treated, our goals are to ensure good customer service with all transactions, we will not refund the cost the impound since the impounding of your car was legitimateAs far causing tires to become unbalanced during the towing it just not possible to do this type of damage so we can't be held responsible for these costs

The damage claimed by Mr [redacted] is physically impossible to have been caused by a tow truck, in the estimate from the LaMatery's Collision it states they will be adjusting the the fender due to it being miss aligned causing the door to pinch when it opensAgain this cannot be caused by towing procedures

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/19) */ Mark our mechanic has spoken to you twice, and explained the damage in question is not from towingWe have nothing further Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/06/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This is the exact answer that was given on the phone, "it is not from towing" with no rationale whatsoeverThis company has not seen the car, but is absolutely certain they did not cause the damageNot sure how that is possibleThere was no damage before it was towedWhen I picked it up, it was dentedI would be pleased to have witnesses prepare affidavits to this effect The first time I spoke with MarkIt was for seconds when he told me he did not have the internal paperwork but would get it and call me back, which he did not do Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/06/23) */ The damage claim was filled out days after the vehicle was towedWe would be happy to take a look at the vehicle, but are confident our tow trucks did not cause a door ding

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) address: [redacted] Car: Oldsmobile intrigue license plate: [redacted]

We have denied this claim because it was turned in after the fact, we will not process claims that are turned in after the vehicle leaves unless it is hidden damageIn this case the damage was not hidden it was body damageWe encourage vehicle owners to inspect their vehicles before they leave the premises (this is also stated on the receipt)Many things can happen in a short amount of time and we will not be held responsible for damages that were not caused by usAs you stated you could see no damage to the carWhen a car is damaged by a tow truck the first thing seen is scratches or cracks in plastic bumpersThis was not the case

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/01/19) */
Please provide the address the car was towed from and also the make and license plate for the vehicle, I cannot give a response until I have this information and am able to review the file

Before I can send a response I will need, the Address the incident took place and also the vehicle make and license plate number, once I have that information I can make give an informed response

I am rejecting this response because:There was no damage to my vehicle prior to the towing, there was damage after I picked it up from the impound lot Hence, the damage must have incurred during the act of the tow I would ask to see the truck driver's report, as it (at least
originally) stated damage prior to entry into the impound lot, not before the tow Assuming that the report has not been tampered with, this and the professed fact that "the driver does not remember backing into anything" does not provide sufficient enough evidence to support the claim of non-liability I will have the damage evaluated by a professional to help determine the cause I will collect evidence to build my case I will not let this go easily I will collect the reparations rightfully owed to me

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
LaMatery's manager who was doing the estimate actually stated I quote, "for this to have happened something may have backed into my front bumper causing the fender to push back out of alignment with the driver side door." And if I'm not mistaken, isn't reversing really really close to the vehicle part of a towing procedure in order to hook the car up????? Otherwise my car just magically transported itself there
My driver side door has never been out of alignmentI have pictures of the gap/spacing between the fender and door of my car before the tow and after the tow to show you proofAs you can see in the before photo before the tow, the gap spacing of my fender and door is ample enough to where the door would not scratch the fenderThen when I come to pick my car up it looks like the rest of the photos labeled after the tow, which shows clearly a difference in gap spacing(before the tow)

*** *** *** (Maple Ponds) is a lot that is monitored nightly by a lot patrolThey have instructions to have any vehicle towed away that either does not have a permit to park in the lot or that is parked illegallyThere is warning signs at each entrance and many others placed
throughout the parking lotsBefore any vehicle is towed a through walk around is done to insure that no vehicle is towed by mistake, the lot patrol also takes pictures for posterityWe will not refund the fees collected for this impound because the circumstances it was towed were legitimate and all steps were taken to ensure this

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/05/04) */
The damage described and shown in the pictures is not consistent with areas utilized by a tow truck, scratches of that nature could not have been caused by the towing apparatusThey are very small and higher up the fender and bumper than the
equipment is placedWe will not refund the impound fee because the tow was in fact authorized and done under legitimate circumstances

My car is brand newThe rear scratches are deep and the tow truck would of had to pull from rear and the tow from frontStill not happy with the response and lack of poor customer service I have received from this companyThey are money hungry lazy money eaters

I am rejecting this response because:
I feel that I was treated with complete disrespect, from not being handed the damage report forum to me receiving no call backs, and being hung upThis isn’t good customer service in my mind, in fact it is terribleWhat I would like then, is to review your policy (which I was told I would get a phone call back about it and never did) on how you are supposed to remove my type of vehicle from a parking spot and onto a flatbed truckThis may ease my mind about how my car was treated during the towSo if I was able to get a copy of your policy you give to your drivers on how to remove my type of vehicle, it may ease my mindI would very much appreciate it because when I asked before I never received itThank you so much!
