Review: • Request for car seat cover agreed by the Nollie Covers business owner/seller

• 2nd Oct 2015: Nollie covers agrees to fast track the order with a premium rush service

• Advertised on Nollie website: custom covers 8 weeks plus shipping

• Nollie website denotes that Rush orders completed in half the time

• Email dated 4th Oct; was asked to make a payment ASAP to prioritize order

• Email 15th Oct: asked by seller to pay invoice ASAP, payment made promptly via Paypal on 15th Oct 2015 and acknowledged by owner (Nollie covers)

• Fairly up to date response to my emails until November 2015

• Since then complete turnaround and poor communication by the seller: emailed seller 8 weeks post payment requesting an update and reminding seller regarding the rush service.

• Seller responds on 14th December claiming it is ‘nearly done’

• Final email to seller on 29th December stating my concerns

• No response yet (21 Jan 2016) and it has been 12 weeks since the seller has been paid for the product

Concerns:

Unacceptable Delay by the seller despite agreeing expedited service

Seller has accepted payment and failed to deliver services as agreed

Poor communication and obvious attempt to ignore emails by failing to respond

No reasonable attempt by seller to explain delay in delivery of service

Reasonable attempts made by myself to communicateDesired Settlement: Finish the job and deliver services for payment asked and received

Review: I purchased a carseatcover from this buisness in July 2014. At the time of payment I was told delivery would take 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I hadn't received any tracking information so I emailed the buisness and asked when it would be shipped. After numerous emails I never received feedback after 5 weeks of constant emailing trying to get a hold of someone. I was finally told it would take an additional 6 weeks because they were on vacation. However I responded that no one had told me that vacation would be taken and they would not be working during those weeks and delaying my order further. Because of their no refund policy I could not request a refund however had I known about the timing of my purchase would take longer than expected I wouldn't have purchased anything. By the time I received my product I noticed a letter in the box stating that the two flowers I purchased would not be shipped until the following week. After 2 weeks I emailed them agian asking about the two flowers I bought and never recieved. I have emailed 10 times and have never received feedback. At this point I am very upset no one can call me back or email me back. I still haven't received my two flowers. I have paid over $500 for this product and have waited longer than I should have to not receive all my order. I will not be recommending this buisness to anyone because they have put me through so much stress trying to get what I paid for 4 months ago.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I know they have a no refund policy. But they can't just take my money and not complete their end.

At issue is 2 flowers that are on back order. Client received the rest of her order, and we will be sending her the 2 flowers. Can't believe she is requesting ALL her money back when she has already received the replacement car seat cover and all other accessories. Of course we are not refunding her total amount, and are frankly quite shocked she would even request that! We make the highest quality replacement childrens car seat covers on the market. Each is handmade for each client, and nothing is premade or off the shelf. We ship with signature required, and client signed for the delivery herself. So client's request for all her money back is not going to happen ... She received in the middle of September her custom made Graco Snugride 35 replacement cover, replacement canopy, handmade blanket with ruffle, visor, headrest, belly pad and seatbelt covers. She is missing 2 bling flowers that we will send if they come in soon, or refund $45, the cost of the 2 flowers if they don't.

Review: My website, [redacted] sold a nolliecovers car seat cover. This order has not shipped as yet, and they refuse to answer emails or phone calls. I have had to refund my customer, and I want a refund from them. They last email I got from them stated it was being shipped and they would send me a tracking number within 2 days. I waited a week, emailed and called. No answer on phone, and no answer to emails.Desired Settlement: The customers have stated that they no longer want the item and have demanded a refund from me. I want my money back from them.
