I recently purchased a vehicle with this company and it was nothing but smiles from the moment I found their website to the moment I drove off the lot!! the sales reps [redacted] and [redacted] were very helpful and understanding to my questions and concernsI got the best price for the perfect car!!! and I was very happy with my experience I would highly recommend this company to anyone who will listen (:

Wow amazing service from beginning to end! They took their time and answered all my questionsThey went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied and gave me all pertinent information to make an informed decisionDid not feel pressured at allWould definitely recommend them to all my friends and familyThank you Speed Auto!

Vehicle was purchased as is we were able to get him our cost at the repair shop this is the best we can do in this case we are not going to pay for this repair this vehicle was sold way below market value and phenomenal deal was given and negotiated

Just as I stated, this company likes to blame the customers for their poor service and poor products which continues to happen to many customers who seem to go to this specific dealershipYes, we did reach out with the first incident and all Brett did was tell us how we can not bring the jeep to a dealership to get fixed but again it should not matter where you take your vehicle to get fixed or he should have provided this information when selling the warranty, but did notSecondly, Mach did not offer any sort of discount due to Speed auto salesThe only discount provided was for about $off of labor but this was due to the hassle that I and the individual that I was working with at Mach both experienced (he reported that he felt bad for me and the invoice was provided to prove the prices)In addition, I also have the explanation from the warranty as to why they did not cover the repairs, which was due to the liftAgain, let me state that when I purchased this jeep from speed auto sales, it was already lifted which I provided as well to show thisSo Brett did sell this warranty under pretenses which was the basis of my complaint and therefore this complaint has NOT been resolved but instead they are trying to brush it off! With that being said, I will repeat from my originally complaint If the warranty was sold with integrity, it should not matter where I take the jeep to be repaired but it was sold withpurposeful misrepresentation which is fraudulent, against the law, and nothing is being done to resolve the issue

I contacted speed Auto two months after canceling the warranty to check the status of the refund, on July 26th I was told by speed Auto via email they had received the check from the warranty company a week prior

[redacted] did purchase a Porsche cayenne with 85,miles from us on 05/31/She stated she has always wanted a Porsche cayenne and our sales man as well as My self did inform her that they can be problematic and we were upfront with her and we did recommend that if she was to purchase the vehicle that she should have a warranty Prior to taking delivery the consumer requested a buyer inspection be done The inspection came back recommending a few minor things which where addressed and taken care of right awayUnfortunately about a week later there was an issue and the vehicle was taken back to the original shop where the buyers inspection was completed the electronic fuel pump failed which was repaired under the vehicle protection plan that [redacted] purchased, She also stated that there where a few other issues that also got repairedSpeed Auto sales Understands that going through an issue like that right when a vehicle has been purchased can be very frustratingWe also understand that she was unhappy with the vehicle we did offer to help her out of it, Next thing we know she traded it in at another dealershipShe did request for the warranty be canceled which she was informed it can take up to 6-weeks to receive a check, [redacted] did have a loan on the vehicle which by law the refund is to go to the financial institution during her loan period that vehicle was traded in and her loan was paid off by another dealer which delayed the refund and it was going to her and not the bank since the loan was being paid off this did take a little longer then usualOnce everything was figured out and notated the dealership did receive the refund back and was paid back to the consumerNow with that being said the warranty was used on a few different occasions which resulted in less of a refund and this was based by the warranty company not Speed Auto sales, This was based on the customers home state where the vehicle was being registered (Missoula, MT) Under the warranty guideline laws in certain states have different refund guidelines and in this case the refund was less and based on the usage, THAT IS COMPLTLEY OUT OF OUR CONTRALWE ARE VERY SORRY SHE HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS

" I purchased a Mini Cooper S from the business late last year" due to the time that has passed it's been over a year since this vehicle has been purchased from us there's nothing we can do it this timeThis customer was offered an extended warranty which he declined if this was something
that was covered by state law within days or miles we would do our best to attempt to help them

This is regarding *** ***,The Customer Is correct and we did offer our assistance which she failed to mention regarding the first Issue which did not fall under the Days or mile Powertrain warranty that the state requires every dealer to provide on every used car transactionAs for the
second incident months passed and again we offered our assistance by saving the consumer money and having the repair done at our cost by MachWhich the warranty company for some reason would not cover the repair, At that point Machdid the repair at our cost paid by the consumer which was much less then the Franchise dealer that she originally took the vehicle to.I have provided two DocsI also believe this complaint has been resolved...Thank you

I was in the market for a new car and I was told about this place from a friendI contacted them and within a rather short time period, they were able to get me a great car, an audi for a very good priceThe entire process was easy and problem free and the gentlemen that work there are kind and caring and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.I will definitely be using their services in the near future in addition to spreading the word

Brett O***, business manager of Speed Auto in Phoenix, did not tell me that the Porsche Cayenne can be problematicIn fact he told me it was a great vehicleHe also offered me the warantee but said it was up to me and they only made about $on it so it didn't matter to himThey paid me $1,refund on my service contract so that was a lieThe loan I had on the vehicle had nothing to do with the delay of the refund*** *** would have paid the bank instead of me if I still had the loanBy the time I finally got paid for the warantee refund I had traded the Porsche in at the Porsche dealership and paid off the loan - that is why I got paid the total amountSo that is also not true and both the manager and the owner of Speed Auto know that is how it worksBrett O*** of Speed Auto said it would take weeks*** *** paid me immediately once they received my paperworkThe problem, and fraud and abuse here is that Speed Auto told me I had to send them the paper work and I did not have toI did send it to them and they never sent it to *** ***That is fraudAlso that the vehicle never worked properly and was unmarketable which is the one thing the Speed Auto contract states is covered by the dealershipI am asking for compensation for my expenses $11,and my trauma $10,*** ***

Speed Auto Sales has followed all laws and guidelines and provided the consumer with the refund from the warranty company, BY the Arizona banking laws If a consumer has a warranty and there is still an outstanding loan all the proceeds whether its for a warranty, gap or any aftermarket product they have to be paid back to the lender. We assisted with repairs as well as making sure everything was handled properly and yes unfortunately there was a delay with the warranty paperwork but is do to the vehicle being traded in and the loan be completed, We are very sorry that the consumer was not happy with the vehicle and she had issues with it that where covered by the warranty. At this point we have done everything we can and we are not labial for any damages just a unhappy customer that was not happy with the vehicle that was purchased. Thank you Management.
