I recently purchased a vehicle with this company and it was nothing but smiles from the moment I found their website to the moment I drove off the lot!!
the sales reps [redacted] and [redacted] were very helpful and understanding to my questions and concerns. I got the best price for the perfect car!!! and I was very happy with my experience I would highly recommend this company to anyone who will listen (:

We have contacted the repair facility and agreed to our cost for pricing this is the best solution at this time that we can offer as gaskets and seals are not covered

Just as I stated, this company likes to blame the customers for their poor service and poor products which continues to happen to many customers who seem to go to this specific dealership. Yes, we did reach out with the first incident and all Brett did was tell us how we can not bring the jeep to a dealership to get fixed but again it should not matter where you take your vehicle to get fixed or he should have provided this information when selling the warranty, but did not. Secondly, Mach 1 did not offer any sort of discount due to Speed auto sales. The only discount provided was for about $41 off of labor but this was due to the hassle that I and the individual that I was working with at Mach 1 both experienced (he reported that he felt bad for me and the invoice was provided to prove the prices). In addition, I also have the explanation from the warranty as to why they did not cover the repairs, which was due to the lift. Again, let me state that when I purchased this jeep from speed auto sales, it was already lifted which I provided as well to show this. So Brett did sell this warranty under false pretenses which was the basis of my complaint and therefore this complaint has NOT been resolved but instead they are trying to brush it off!.  With that  being said, I will repeat from my originally complaint If the warranty was sold with integrity, it should not matter where I take the jeep to be repaired but it was sold withpurposeful misrepresentation which is fraudulent, against the law, and nothing is being done to resolve the issue.

Vehicle was purchased as is we were able to get him our cost at the repair shop this is the best we can do in this case we are not going to pay for this repair  this  vehicle was sold way below market value and phenomenal deal was given and negotiated

I recently purchased a BMW 750i . The top notch service I received was second to none. [redacted] and [redacted] where professional, and took the time to explain every questions and concern I had. The reason I'm writing this review is the care and attention to detail that separates speed auto from there competitors. The knowledge that the entire speed auto staff has is amazing. Honestly we have all heard horror stories about used car dealers Speed Auto breaks the mold with the quality of the vehicles I personally test drove. There selection of used BMW's was impressive, and again there knowledge and quality of the vehicles blew my mind. Do not waste your time shopping around

determined that this proposed action would not resolve I had already worked out a discount with the repair facility. Basically they didn't do anything to resolve this. I should have made the complaint under an integrity issue rather than a repair. I had already determined they weren't going to reimburse me for the repair. They sold me a car with a known defect (a significant oil leak)  without notifying me of the issue and in fact told me the car had undergone a 27 point inspection, so either they lied about the inspection or didn't do anything to address the oil leak and sent it on to an unsuspecting buyer. As a member of the Revdex.com myself I pledge to operate my business with truth and integrity, they took this same pledge and failed.

This is a [redacted] compliant for non coverage not Speed Auto Sales and the Consumers has every right to cancel the warranty if they are not happy. Thank you Management

I contacted speed Auto two months after canceling the warranty to check the status of the refund, on July 26th I was told by speed Auto via email they had received the check from the warranty company a week prior.

Wow amazing service from beginning to end! They took their time and answered all my questions. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied and gave me all pertinent information to make an informed decision. Did not feel pressured at all. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Speed Auto!

purchase the vehicle that she should have a warranty Prior to taking delivery the consumer requested a buyer inspection be done The inspection came back recommending a few minor things which where addressed and taken care of right away. Unfortunately about a week later there was an issue and the vehicle was taken back to the original shop where the buyers inspection was completed the electronic fuel pump failed which was repaired under the vehicle protection plan that [redacted] purchased, She also stated that there where a few other issues that also got repaired. Speed Auto sales Understands that going through an issue like that right when a vehicle has been purchased can be very frustrating. We also understand that she was unhappy with the vehicle we did offer to help her out of it, Next thing we know she traded it in at another dealership. She did request for the warranty be canceled which she was informed it can take up to 6-8 weeks to receive a check, [redacted] did have a loan on the vehicle which by law the refund is to go to the financial institution during her loan period that vehicle was traded in and her loan was paid off by another dealer which delayed the refund and it was going to her and not the bank since the loan was being paid off this did take a little longer then usual. Once everything was figured out and notated the dealership did receive the refund back and was paid back to the consumer. Now with that being said the warranty was used on a few different occasions which resulted in less of a refund and this was based by the warranty company not Speed Auto sales, This was based on the customers home state where the vehicle was being registered (Missoula, MT) Under the warranty guideline laws in certain states have different refund guidelines and in this case the refund was less and based on the usage, THAT IS COMPLTLEY OUT OF OUR CONTRAL. WE ARE VERY SORRY SHE HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS.
