I am rejecting this response because: I would like to have documentation of all of my escrow transactions since the loan was originated. What was paid when, by who, at what time, etc. I also noticed that I paid the $126 increase last year in my homeowners insurance yet the history of my escrow shows a disbursement of the full $893. At this point I just don't trust the math that was done and would like all documentation.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:Once again the statement what they provided is only from June of 2014 to December of 2014.  Norcom was the provider of my loan for the entire year, 2014.  They are telling me that they used a company called My Loan Care to service my loan from January 2014 to June 2014.  My Loan Care has no record of me or this loan which was through Norcom.  If Norcom used someone else to service my loan than it is their responsibility to provide me with the correct information and my entire year of statements.  I'm not sure how a company can misplace my financials.  This is unacceptable.  Once again it would be nice if they just picked up the phone and called me to resolve this issue.  It seems that this is the only way I can get a response.

Review: I have been a client through Norcom Mortgage since April 2014. Since that time I have had multiple problems with their service. My town taxes are through escrow in which both times July 2014 and Jan. 2015 when the taxes were due I received letters from the [redacted] my payments were not set up as being paid through escrow. This was originally brought to the attention of Norcom in July 2014 in which they claimed to rectify the situation. I again went through the same ordeal in January 2015. My homeowners insurance was due April 1, 2015 again through my mortgage agreement insurance is paid through escrow. This was also not set up to be paid out of escrow and I received letters from my insurance company for payment and late payment. I paid my May 2015 mortgage payment and it has not been cashed to date. I called to be sure that it was received in which I was told Norcom switched my bank and my loan will be handled through another agency. I never received notification of the transfer. I inquired as to if my check was received to Norcom and was told it was sitting on a desk. Now it being May 18, it is still not cashed, the secretary said she would send an email May 15 that I will not be charged a penalty due to transfer- I never received an email. When checking my credit score I saw a late payment for May 2014- having bought the house in April 2014 my 1st mortgage payment was due June 2014. The Secretary again said she handles sending revisions to the credit bureau and I would receive notice of the revision May 15 by email- no email was received. I have had multiple conversations over the past year with Norcom and continue to have issues with their service and response.Desired Settlement: As it sounds like my mortgage is transfered to another bank, I'd like to have confirmed my check sent to Norcom for May 2015 will go to the new bank without late penalty. I'd also like for Norcom to submit a statement to the credit bureau for May 2014 that any and all monies due were paid at closing April 4, 2014 and the first mortgage payment I was responsible to send was June 1, 2014. This has negatively affected my credit.

Review: I will begin with my interaction with NORCOM on November 6th 2013 when my husband and I(both Military) decided to sell our home in California and move to Connecticut. We spoke with [redacted] who took all our information(income, pay records, etc) and pre approved us for 290,000 on a home.(I have the pre-approval letter). With this information I booked a ticket to CT. to pick out a home before we travel across country.(with our four children, 3 dogs, and bunny) I found a home for 269,000 and we started the paperwork with [redacted] saying that closing in 30 days would not be a problem.(DEC 16 2012/loan commitment on 6 Dec 2012) Well we were very happy, I flew back and we began the cross country journey. We scheduled all inspections and paid for them upfront along with [redacted] scheduling the appraisal.(sewer inspection 375, appraisal 375, home inspection including termite and radon 450.) We are never supposed to even pay for termite at all being a VA buyer. Well the day came when we needed mortgage commitment and [redacted] did not have an answer. I did not think anything was a problem due to [redacted]s constant emails of how great our file was.(again he is the branch manager of Newtown office) Another week went by with constant needed documentation that my husband and I spent numerous hours researching and retrieving. Everyday was a new nightmare with promises that tomorrow was the day. It was now close to Christmas and my family had no home and I was feeling so discriminated against for whatever reason. I think because we are Veterans. We then wrote the VP of the company who said he was working on the file. Nothing again. We ended up getting a call from [redacted] the day before Christmas saying we were disapproved 18 days after we were suppose to get mortgage commitment. Of course blame was put on the underwriters. I want and expect all our money spent on all inspections during this horrific process and will be pursuing this fully. This company and Branch Manager should not be in business anymore.Desired Settlement: I request all monetary expenses that were spent by my family in this matter. I would also like a full investigation in this company of how they practice. I feel that in this matter my family and I were discriminated against and treated very poorly. This business should not be practicing in this manner.

Review: My husband and I mortaged our new home through a Norcom local office in [redacted]. The loan financed the first three months of our mortgage while our house was being renovated. Norcom sold the loan to [redacted]. We were not notified of this change as Norcom claims they sent a letter to the new home address which is uninhabited and boarded up until the renovations are complete. [redacted] will not deliver mail to homes that appear uninhabited. We were in contact with Norcom after the closing date as we started the construction phase after closing. They have emails and current mailing addresses for both me and my husband. Norcom was supposed to pay the first three months of mortgage from the loan however they neglected to do so and also neglected to notify the new mortgage company about this. We found out when we inquired about our first payment due in August. We were then told the loan had been sold. The new company told us that the account was 90 days past due and had accumulated late fees. They contacted Norcom who eventually made the payments and the late fees were credited. however this information was reported to both me and husband's credit report that has causes a whopping 90-160 point drop in our scores. To this date nothing has been sent to the credit reporting agencies which is adversely affecting our ability to acquire the credit necessary to complete our new home.Desired Settlement: Removal of all derogatory remarks from our credit report and compensation for any financial hardship this may cause our family.
