Review: My bank, CapitalOne360, sends out my checks. All other businesses have received my checks without issue. In Jan. I noticed Norcom did not cash my check. When I complained, it suddenly arrived the very next day and I was told when I sent a screenshot showing my bank sent it ontime, the late charge would be removed. I have never received any proof that the late charge was removed. Again this month, CapitalOne sent my check earlier than required and it still has not been cashed. I have since switched to eletronic payments so that Norcom can no longer claim they are not receiving payments on time but I still need to clear up the existing mess.Desired Settlement: I need to know if the late charges have been removed and what is going on with the one still outstanding check.

Our Loan Servicing Manager has confirmed that we resolved all Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. Mr. [redacted] has had all loan payments applied to his account. No late charges, late reporting or fees have been reported or assessed. Mr. [redacted]’s account is current and up-to-date. Mr. [redacted] established an autopay feature which will go into effect for his next payment and we will continue to work with him should any additional questions arise.
