Nordic Clinical

I have used the Nordic Bio H2 for about 45 days now. After a few days I noticed improved body function and a more balanced feeling as I proceeded through my day. Ordering online was simple and easy to use. Today makes my second order and when my stock gets low I'll come back and order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My mother ordered Mitoboost on 11/22/17 and her check was cashed on 12/6/17 but when we called on 12/17/17 to find out where her order was they had no order for her. We told them they cashed her check on 12/6/17 and we were then told to call back in a few days to see if the order had been entered into the system yet. I told them at that time my mother does not want the product but wants her money refunded. Called back on 12/20/17 still no order and then was told to call back on 12/27/17 which at that time also confirmed they had no order for her and to send proof of payment by fax and they would refund her money once verified We faxed a copy of the check that cleared her bank on 12/29/17 and in BIG BOLD LETTERS WROTE "DO NOT SEND PRODUCT, WE WANT A REFUND" .We did not hear anything again and I called back on 1/17/18 and was told they received the fax but still did not issue a refund and to call back again on 1/24/18 as the agent would send an email to escalations to have the money refunded. Called back today 1/29/17 and was told there is now an order and the product has shipped even though I told them specifically to refund the money and do not send the product both in writing and the multiple times I called in. Now they have shipped the product and will not refund the money until it has been received and I call back to get the return instructions and once the product has been returned will take up to 14 days to process a refund, This will take around another month. We have been trying to get a refund on 128.85 for over 2 months now and still have gotten nowhere with these people. Reporting to Revdex.com, this company is just a scam!

This site and company apparently is some sort of pornographic site. We continue to receive their trash in the mail with no regard to being asked to be taken from their mailing list. I do not appreciate this trash coming through the US mail with our address on it. Please file my complaint. They have changed my last name on their mailings, I am assuming to some sort of coding for their immoral method of coding mailings.

This review is on behalf of my parents. They have been ordering numerous products from this company and have been satisfied with them. However, they tried to stop ordering one product and order only the other product for the time being. The company sent them the wrong product. My mom called to inform them and the refused to give her her money back, even though it was their mistake. My mom kept coming up with solutions, such as keeping (and paying for) their mistake but having them send the product that my mom actually ordered. Refused. She asked them to send the new product on fast shipping since they are out of it and are waiting for it. Refused unless my mom paid for the extra shipping. Are you kidding me? Is this ageism or is this how this company treats every customer? Sorry, but in this day of age, with the internet and Amazon and everything else, companies cannot afford to treat customers like this. My parents will NOT be ordering from you again, and I hope others stop ordering from you as well. Pay for your own mistakes and God help you.

Placed a order and bank declined card. I don't want anymore mail to come to me from this company!!!!!

This Business Is Not Revdex.com accredited. This business has NO WEB SITE. This business requires you to go thru a "PUSHY" sales person. Why would a LIGITIMATE business NOT use the internet to make orders since it is MUCH CHEAPER and accurate than paying a person to take the order...... UNLESS the motive is to pressure you into additional sales. Product sounds good ... BUT I would never do business with such a rogue company with, apparently ulterior motives. IF you do call, you will see what I mean, so JUST HANG UP THE PHONE!!!!!!
