I purchased a QCAM QSD-mini camera on June 13thI charged it and it has never powered onI called technical support and explained that the machine will not turn onHe said it was probably defectiveI went on online and completed their RMA form on June 27thI've called today and yesterday June and June to find out how I can return the productEach time I call they claim they have sent a return label to me I have checked my spam folders and I have tested my emailThey have not sent the return label and they refuse to tell me where to mail the itemI think they are trying to delay the return until the days have passedI sent an email to them as a test and they did receive it

Received an email on 5/at 9:06AM that I could order item *** for via *** using code *** Logged on to *** and it indicated the code was not valid I tried several more times with the same result Went on vendor website (amcrest.com) and did a chat with their customer service (Timothy ***) and was told the offer was not valid , it expired He then told me the best price he could offer was $ I explained I had received the email only hours ago and again he simply said it was expired and the best price available was $

Purchased Amcrest F* *** *** *** *** in August from Amazon First unit's cooling fan went out in March returned unit and received a replacement unit that had no hard driveAsked for return shipping label and return number but only received return number and a message saying they did not have any more of this unitAsked to have my money returned with return of entire system still waiting for a reply

Hands down the single worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life They are the *** of unprofessional conduct Their customer service is inept, their products are inferior and defective and there "inability" to resolve any sort of issue within their "day refund period" is quite clearly rigged to run it out until the end so that you are presumable stuck with their products I've spent over months trying to get the machine I purchased from them working I've been told to submit phone numbers and email address of each of my employees who've tried to contact them, the private IT consultant who I hired to work with Amcrest, only to get pushed from one person to the next and asked to re provide the same information over and over and over again and submit forms again and again and again I've been told "I won't receive a call until you submit the document, we don't care if you've submitted it already" I've been told that I need to do this and that and then do this and that again I've been told I would get phone calls and emails only to be left waiting and ONLY get responses when I initiate contact with them again.....what sort of responses to I get each and every? The loop starts over again! Now, over months, countless hours spent personally, countless hours I've paid my employees and a private IT consultant and they still will not accept their defective products back I will not relent, they will be held accountable for their predatory and likely illegal activities RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY

Camera's are nice, but the app never works, and error's all of the time, so it is impossible to enjoy the peace of mind where there isn't anyCustomer support is by far the worst I've ever experiencedI waited on hold for over an hour and twenty minutes, and still didn't have anyone pick upThe only way I got through was by calling the number on the Revdex.com sitei spent good money on a product that I can't useVery disappointedThis is not the way a business stays in business

Background:months ago I purchased a Qcam by Amcrest security system in which I spent over $onThat was Feb March of 2018, one of the cameras just stopped workingI went on the Amcrest website to speak with a tech and a sales person on their chat suggested I purchase a new camera from them at a discountI was happy to because finally I'd have a working cameraI received the camera this week, installed it, and the Qcam system by Amcrest was not recognizing the Amcrest cameraI went online and chatted once more with the tech and they informed me that the camera will not work because they dont make the Qcam system anymoreAs if it was years old and outdated, when in reality, it is only months oldSo, I asked why they would dupe me into spending another $on a camera they knew I could not useThey assured me they would get to the bottom of itI was duped once by purchasing a system by amcrest and duped a second time by purchasing a camera for a system that amcr

I purchased some camerasI was told by online rep that I also needed to buy POE splitters In fact, I didn't need the POE splittersWhen I return them, Amcrest charged me a restocking fee

I purchased (two) Amcrest Security Cameras on August 24, and notified the Manufacture (Amcrest) on September 27, of a problem with the "DATE AND TIME" issueThe issue is that although you set the software properly, when the motion detection email is received the date and time of the email is incorrect by hours In my email communication with Amcrest I was told that because I did not notify them by September 24, I do not qualify for a refundIf the problem was only with this camera, I would accept a replacementHowever, the problem is with the product itself and all of their camera experience the same issue I was told they do not have a fix for the issueI did some research on their Internet Forum and see that they have received complaints about the same issue going back since April 26, Yet they have not recalled or corrected the issue and continues to sell the product

After several support cases, phone calls and rma workflow, amcrest has failed to deliver a working product and has offered no solutionAmcrest advertises its IP4M-1026EW product to support SMTP email of triggered images or snapshots taken by the productAmcrest has confirmed this is a “software issue” and are working to resolve but after almost a year the product fails to work as advertised and warranty is almost up
Amcrest needs to provide either a software or hardware solution (IP5M-1173EW similar model as a replacement) to resolve issueTwo cameras
