The complaint was the I did not receive my paid for merchandise from Cool Tees and Gear. After the Revdex.com got involved, I finally received my merchandise. I would never order from this company again. They lied about [redacted] losing the merchandise and I doubt I would have ever received my shirt if the Revdex.com had not become involved on my behalf.
