On our website we clearly state that our shirts take 7 - 10 business days to make. Each shirt is hand tie-dyed, washed, and then printed. Our normal delivery of order is 16 - 20 days --which includes production, packaging, the [redacted] pick-up,...
processing and delivery. We had a production issue with the base shirt of this design. All customers who had ordered this design were notified of the issue and given the choice to refund their order or wait until the issue was resolved. We did not receive a response from the customer. We were able to resolve the issue quickly. We missed our normal delivery time by 7 days. As of the date of the complaint, the order had been shipped. Order was confirmed delivered by the [redacted] on May 23rd, 2016.
