I purchased *** that was green, moldy and rotten on I have emailed this company several times and have sent them photos, last such email was on 2/13/2020. I receive auto replies and no one gets back to me. I have complained through their website as well.
We are contacting you in response to the complaint, attached. We contacted *** on 4/20/2020 and she confirmed contact was made and a full refund was received from our company. This complaint was resolved in a timely fashion and the consumer is very pleased.Please let us know if any additional information is needed. Valerie L
