[redacted] ***Thank you for your Revdex.com inquiry We appreciate our feed back and your time to discuss the concerns with the service on your vehicle After further investigation when you checked in with our front counter, it was never noted that you were having any sort of engine failure It was noted for us to fully inspect your vehicle and to check why they check engine light was on It was noted by our technician that there were multiple misfires within your spark plugs We presented a basic tune up and an oil change along with some emission work You gave us the ok to perform the basic tune up and you declined to address any other work due to the fact that you didn't want to invest much money for repairs on the vehicle We completed the work approved and after that is when we noticed on the road test that the vehicle was making some valve clattering noise If that valve clatter noise was mentioned to us when you checked in and that was what you wanted us to address we would of focused on that issue We apologize for all of the miscommunication as to us only being able to address what is mentioned to us when you check in It was also mentioned to us that [redacted] was the one cussing and being very unprofessional! At this time we cannot justify any sort of refund, however we can offer you an in-store credit of $ This in-store credit can be used towards any future service you vehicle may need Please feel free to contact me directly to take advantage of our offer

Options were given, pricing for a new and used She agreed to go with the less expensive The other skid plate that was ordered and not charged for is at the shop We have told your wife that there was no charge for that part Our offer still stands and if you would like to make arrangements for the part to be installed please contact our store directly Thanks ***

Ms*** Thank you for your Revdex.com inquiry After many conversations with yourself, our tech, the mechanic that repaired your vehicle in Lubbock and our supplier, the final resolution to the request of a full refund on the repairs done to your vehicle have been declined.Our investigation has determined that your vehicle had damaged our catalytic converter Torque had damaged the part, warranty disclaimers were violated and not used accordingly You have failed to bring your vehicle back to Midas to address the issue under warranty We cannot pay for another company to redo the work There were other items that were needed and you decided not to have done due to finances We regret the fact that we cannot justify any sort of refund Thank you [redacted]

part We gave her different options based on price differences Your wife decided to go with the less expensive one The other price which was much more expensive was the skirt from the dealer and it was not within the budget The skid plate that was also ordered and was told to your wife that we would be able to throw that one in at no charge At this time the 2nd skid plate is at the shop Mr*** Midas is always concerned with how we communicate with customers and we always look out for the best deal for the customer In this case we were able to save you allot of money vsgoing thru the dealer We cannot justify a refund and can only assure you that the skid plate will be installed at no charge to you If you want to take advantage of the offer please feel free to contact *** *** directly at *** to schedule an appointment Again we appreciate your time and inquiry Please let us know if we can help. If it was so as you stated, how can you explain the $charges for the installation of a refurbished or recycle part when the local Honda dealer in the area only charge $for the same service including parts and installation? light. The problem has been addressed and corrected. We also noticed that there were some scheduled maintenance that was suggested and not addressed for your vehicle. Mr*** Thank you for your Revdex.com inquiry. As we have spoken in the past about the work done to your BMW....we have invested allot of time and effort to find the problems with your vehicle. *** ***, our mechanic whom you were in contact with, explained every
step of the way of the work needed. We had to go in stages due to the work needed in order to address the concerns. Unfortunately we did not complete the work the first time because we couldn't justify some of the repairs. The vehicle came to another one of our Midas locations where *** our manager was able to experience other issues with your vehicle. *** received the ok to have the repairs done based on his findings and everything was communicated with you. All work was approved and done. The work was paid for and the vehicle was taken, til this day we have not heard otherwise about the vehicle not working properly. Please keep in mind that the work approved and done is under warranty and if there is any issues it must be brought back to Midas. At this time our offer still remains of an in store credit in the amount of $300.00. We are offering this amount based on a customer satisfaction consideration. We feel confident that all of the work performed and paid for is truly justified so therefor we cannot justify any sort of refund.
