Where the price may be less than other "tumblers", the product does not qualify the claim of staying cold or hot.
What RTIC neglects to tell you:
Yes, ice will stay frozen for hours - providing you don't put any liquid in with it. If you do, it starts going from cold, to cool to just above almost warm, and that's within 2 hours (if your beverage lasts that long).
As far as the staying hot, I would say 1 - 1/2 hrs max.
When you try to contact the company, they get defensive about your unfavorable claim. They offered to exchange my product, but I declined because both tumblers I purchased gave me same results. I ended up telling them I paid for to expensive tin tumblers.

I am a privately owned business for 5 years and attempted to place an online order valued at over $400.00 with this company and the order would not go through due to the physical address not being recognized by the USPS delivery service. We place online orders every week as well as receive deliveries from other businesses daily without issue of our physical delivery address which is on "Main Street". When trying to get assistance I was on hold for over 15 minutes in two different attempts and then hung up on as there was "nothing" they could do since the address was not verifiable. They are not able to take orders over the phone nor apparently handle the volume of business they are getting.

This company is so rude. The customer service is awful. You can call and call and will only get a recording saying nobody is available. They will not return emails. The ignore you ** messages even though they respond to anyone trying to place order. I placed my Order on 4/4/16- got emailed a ship date of 6/11. I never received any information telling me of a delay, but when I finally got a hold of a lady on the phone ON 6/14 she basically told me too bad and that my cooler wouldn't be shipping anytime soon. I asked for a supervisor and that too was unavailable. She had me leave my name and number and told me they would contact me by that evening. Nope never heard from here. Emailed 4 more times for a refund. Never got it or a response. I finally filed a [redacted] claim and got my money back. Do not support this company.

Here is the review I have tried to leave twice for the RTIC tumblers I will never receive, but they will not allow it. How many other unsatisfied customers are they not allowing to be heard. Sure they offer free shipping but their estimated ship date changes and they can't be bothered with letting their customers know!
My 1 Star review: I purchased 2 tumblers on December 28th, I was told it would ship by 1/2/16. With NO email being sent to let me know they changed that date to 1/28/16. An entire month after my original order. Had they given me a heads up I would not have requested a refund, but they could not be bothered to do so, therefore I requested and received a refund. I will pay more for better customer service.
They deleted my comment from their FB page as well. Guess they only what you to think they have "Happy" customers.

Horrible service I ordered a cooler to use over Christmas when delivered the lid will not shut. I have sent multiple emails for weeks with no response what so ever. I am looking for a replacement or my money back what good is a cooler that will not shut and a company that will not respond! If I wanted customer service this horrible I would have just spent time at a cable company! Request #[redacted]

Ordered a soft cooler and a hard cooler, both were delivered ahead of schedule, both exceed expectations.

Worst business in America. For one, they completely copied [redacted] whole entire business - I cant wait until they have to pay [redacted] millions for ripping off all their products. I ordered these cups on the 27th. I was charged $3200 on the 27th and received tracking. On the 28th of Dec there was no update to tracking so I called the company - no answer - I emailed the company - never got a response via email either and its now January 3rd. Apparently this awful company gives their employees of the whole week after Christmas - I didnt realized Christmas was a week long holiday. Anyways, Its now January 3rd and I again have to reach out to the company. Finally after waiting on hold one of their employees told me that they are out of stock and wont be delivered until the end of next week. So you took my money, sent me tracking numbers for the items, but had none in stock? Are you kidding? NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I have anything to do with this terrible business. I cant wait till they are shut down
