dealership didn't have 2 sets of keys to provide to the consumer. The We Owe slip that customers are asked to sign is a standard process where the dealership lists any items due or work to be done scheduled after the delivery. In the event there is nothing to be scheduled or owed, they simply fill in nothing is owed. In this case, that is what was done as nothing was discussed or noted at purchase on the paperwork that any items were due to Ms. O[redacted].
