Customer contacted us regarding the vehicle not passing MA inspectionVehicle was brought to us and we have repaired the necessary items in order for the vehicle to pass MA inspectionCustomer has vehicle in his possession and needs to get the vehicle re-inspectedIf any other issues arise that are covered under the MA limited used vehicle warranty, customer needs to bring vehicle back to us for further repairs

We have since spoken to the customer and have informed him that we can process a cancellation of the extended warranty he purchased if he would like us toThis matter should be resolved

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I was told by [redacted] that I would have the suspension, the steering and the Cooling Coverages I was told everything was going to be covered I get the contract faxed to me from [redacted] and I don't have those coverages I want those coverages because [redacted] told me I would be getting them This is the 2nd major discrepancy with either the General Manager or a sales rep telling me one thing and not following through on it I was told I could return the car within a week and then was told I was lied to Now I was told I would have these coverages and I don't have them The only thing I want is for me to have these coverages from [redacted] since those are what I was told I was paying for The cooling coverage, the Steering Coverage and the Suspension coverage are not checked off from [redacted] and I was told by Mr [redacted] that they would be covered Please honor what I was told by Mr [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Customer came in yesterday and picked up his vehicle and we came to an agreement on compensation for the extended period of time that it took to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle he purchasedThank you so much for your patience and to the Revdex.com for helping mediate this matter

Vehicle was not misrepresented or misadvertised as we never made any claims that the vehicle was free of any prior bodyworkWe cannot be held responsible for any prior bodywork that was done to the vehicle before we acquired it as we can only represent the vehicle's current condition to the best of our knowledgeAt the time of your purchase, the vehicle was free of any noticeable or significant defects to the bodyOur prior offer still stands; we would be more than willing to help you trade this vehicle in towards another of your choosing if you are not satisfied with your purchase

We are sorry to hear about the extensive delay in getting your vehicle registered out of stateWe have reached out to our out of state registration company that is in charge of that process to see what the delay isWe are aware that they were requesting a more additional items from the customer in
order to complete the process, but will reach out to them once more to see what they need to get the vehicle registeredThank you

Look at the two documents One has the coverage options without my signature and one doesn't have my signature Why is that? You are liars just like you were trying to say that you reached out to me and never even returned a phone call I guess the way your company has always worked is by telling them lies Just like the one *** *** admitted to when *** told me I was allowed to return the car up to days He simply told me that he can only apologize for the lie Now you're telling me that Mr*** lied I find it to be quite appalling and disgusting of not only your business but of you character as well I was told everything was covered and clearly that was yet another lie by your company I wasn't even offered it to begin with, I had to fight to get it because you sold me a car that couldn't pass inspection on the guise I had days to drive it and see if I liked it So the only one here trying to coerce anything would be you and your company lying to do sketchy businessI have all the documents and I've looked over everything they are not the same documents that you submitted to *** *** Care I was told the cooling, steering and suspension were covered I don't know why you're fighting so hard on thiscould it be because you know you sold me a lemon, and I have proof I still have the text messages from *** and the call logs from Mr*** I just want what I paid for and I paid for the suspension, steering and cooling coverage per Mr*** are you telling me he's a liar?

We have reviewed the information provided to us by the customer and have made the determination that the repair falls outside both the scope and time coverages of the MA Limited Used Vehicle WarrantyHowever, we would be more than willing to work with the customer to trade his vehicle in towards another similar vehicle of his choosing

We have reached out to the customer and have since reached an amicable agreement to trade the vehicle in for a newer and more mechanically sound vehicleWe are in the process of securing financing and finalizing the details of this transactionWe thank the Revdex.com for their help and the customer for their patience
