Your last statement said that you had two documents, one that you signed and one that you received from *** - and that they were materially differentAfter reviewing your two documents and determining that they were in fact the same, now you claim that you were told that you would have cooling and steering coverage? We do not offer suspension, cooling or steering coverage on any of our extended service programs so it is highly unlikely if not outright an impossibility that you were told that you would be receiving these coveragesPlease refer to the brochure that you attached; suspension, cooling and steering are not even listed on there as being one of the available coveragesPlease don't make up things in an attempt to coerce us into giving you things that were never agreed to

Sorry about the confusion - we were under the impression that you were not satisfied with the warranty and wanted to cancel it.I just reviewed your attached documents and both contracts are identical - which coverages are you alleging were left out?

I am appalled and disgusted that this company would lie and falsify their statements about contacting me.  I've contacted them numerous times trying to get the issue taken care ofand no one would speak to me.  One of the sales reps, [redacted], actually hung up on me.  I do not want the extended warranty to be cancelled. I want to have the one I paid for.  I have two documents.  One that was signed by me telling me that I had everything and a completely different one showing that they didn't include it.  The ladder does not have my signature on it and is missing key components to the extended warranty in which I purchased.  I want to make sure that I am getting what I paid for.  I can't cancel the Extended Warranty especially on a car that has already proven to be problematic.

Customer came in yesterday and picked up his vehicle and we came to an agreement on compensation for the extended period of time that it took to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle he purchased. Thank you so much for your patience and to the Revdex.com for helping mediate this matter.

The title arrived shortly after this complaint was filed. This complaint has since been resolved. Thank you.

All communication was initiated by me, all I got was replies to emails I sent to them. They had my car for 67 days to get it fixed, being that the first week my car was just seating on their lot and nobody touched it while I was spending a whole ton of money on [redacted] to go back and forth from work. The car is back with me for a week and is not fixed, still shaking and flashing the Check Engine light. Is not a reliable car, and I do not trust their mechanics or they so called specialist to fix this car (they had it for 67 days and were not able to fix, what would guarantee me that they would fix it now?).Photo attached was taken Monday, November 6th at 7:45am. I also have a video that I was not able to attach to this response showing how much the car is shacking and the light flashing.

We have been diligently working together with the customer to resolve this issue and we thank the customer for their patience in the matter. To the best of my knowledge, the customer has since picked up the vehicle after the mechanical concerns have been repaired. We urge the customer to please...

contact us if there are still any unresolved issues.

This consumer's complaint is full of lies and misinformation. He did purchase a 2013 Infiniti sedan from us and then later came back to trade it in for a 2012 BMW coupe. He contacted us claiming that the vehicle had a bent rim and that the car was shaking violently. We thought this was strange...

considering the same customer had test driven the car several days before without any issues. Regardless, we asked him to please bring the vehicle to us so that we could repair the bent rims (if they were actually bent). The customer refuses to bring the vehicle back to us, even though the Massachusetts Limited Used Vehicle Warranty states that he must bring the vehicle back to the selling dealer for any repairs. We urged him to please bring the vehicle to us so that we could rectify any issues. Customer made an appointment with our service department and then did not show up. We are still waiting for him to bring the vehicle to us so that we can take care of any issues that he may have. Thank you.

Customer contacted us regarding the vehicle not passing MA inspection. Vehicle was brought to us and we have repaired the necessary items in order for the vehicle to pass MA inspection. Customer has vehicle in his possession and needs to get the vehicle re-inspected. If any other issues arise that...

are covered under the MA limited used vehicle warranty, customer needs to bring vehicle back to us for further repairs.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  The problem was not bodywork the problem is that the structure of the vehicle was compromised due to poor work damaging the inner and outer rocker and by replacing the rocker (fixing the damage properly) causes more structural damage to the vehicle because of cutting through pillars. The amount of the repair was 1750 dollars and I will not accept your offer to trade the vehicle in not that I've finally put all this money into mine. The vehicle was not advertised as having structural damage therefore being misadvertized. At this point I believe the best course of action will be to see you in small claims court.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  at time of purchase issue was present however was covered up by poor repair that was done before I took ownership of the truck. The dealer had owned the truck for a few months and should have inspected it as most dealerships do.

We have since spoken to the customer and have informed him that we can process a cancellation of the extended warranty he purchased if he would like us to. This matter should be resolved.

I also have reviewed the ma lemon law and have determined that the defect did in fact cause a safety concern and that damage was covered up prior to my purchase of the vehicle. The vehicle was mis represented and mis advertised.

I was told by [redacted] that I would have the suspension, the steering and the Cooling Coverages.  I was told everything was going to be covered.  I get the contract faxed to me from [redacted] and I don't have those coverages.  I want those coverages because [redacted] told me I would be getting them.  This is the 2nd major discrepancy with either the General Manager or a sales rep telling me one thing and not following through on it.  I was told I could return the car within a week and then was told I was lied to.  Now I was told I would have these coverages and I don't have them.  The only thing I want is for me to have these coverages from [redacted] since those are what I was told I was paying for.  The cooling coverage, the Steering Coverage and the Suspension coverage are not checked off from [redacted] and I was told by Mr. [redacted] that they would be covered.  Please honor what I was told by Mr. [redacted].
