Order a door opener on 8/27/20 and NSCD stated online usually ships next day. After a few days went by I called and was told their were sold out and would email shortly with a delivery update. First I should have been told at check out you were sold out! After 2 weeks and no email I tried again. Was emailed this time stating order would be shipped at end of that business day and I would get tracking # email by end of day. Well once again few days later nothing. Ive called more times than I can count to each department with no answer.

Terrible Terrible Terrible services. I received my bearings and torsion springs in separate shipments. That's not a problem, but when I called 6 times to get an idea of the delivery time for the torsion springs, I would always get a recording. I left 2 messages and never got a return call. Finally, 8 business days later, I received the springs. I was able to cancel a new order from another company which was a mistake. The torsion springs they sent me slipped after 22-1/4 turns, so they shipped out an incorrectly set cone in one of their springs. I need to get to 28! I'm not sure I will waste more time returning their faulty merchandise, since I've already wasted so much time with them already. My guess is they will probably try to find a way not the refund me.
That's just a terrible way to do business! I'm not going to advertise for any other companies, but I think any company elsewhere would be better for the little people this one!

I placed an order for an item online on 9/6/20. Received confirmation of order via email the same day. Money debited my account. The product has not been shipped. I have contacted the company 6 or 7 times & have left voice mail messages with no reply from company.

Have contacted by phone and email several times for garage door opener ordered online. A *** stated trouble with tracking information. I asked for a refund if they couldn't tell me when I would receive my opener. This *** stated they would refund our $480. I still have not received this refund and the phone numbers do not go to a person so I have left VM ( when able) and replied to original email. No one has called back.

I ordered a spring and some other parts for a garage door on or about September 7, 2020. They said I'd get a tracking number when the order shipped. I called, and e-mailed on or about the 14th and was told their software failed and IT dept was working on it. They e-mailed that my order had probably shipped. I called and e-mailed again on the 17th with my order number to find out if my order had shipped. Their e-mail response was the same, probably shipped. I would like a definitive answer on status of order.

On August 23, 2020 I placed an online order for a Craftsman garage door opener circuit board. I rec'd an email with my oder confirmation. On August 26 @ 2:40 pm, I sent this company an email asking if the order had shipped. At 2:41 PM, I rec'd an answer stating the order had not shipped due to an American & slowdown worldwide due to the pandemic and their difficulty receiving product. On August 27 @ 9:53 AM, I again emailed *** questioning why my credit card was being charged before they shipped my order and questioned how long the logic board wld be on back order. He responded @ 10:32 AM, that "we always charge the customer at the point of sale. We should be shipping your order next week." On September 1 @4:36 PM, I sent another email asking the status of my order and that if they were unable to get this part to please let me know and to credit my card. On Sept 2 at 12:01 PM, *** sent me an email indicating that my order had been cancelled and my account would be refunded within 24 hours. On Sept 3rd at 12:28 PM, I again contacted Miss *** and her response at 2:13 PM was, "It has been processed, please allow 24-48 hours for it to show back into your account." On Sept 8 at 2:30 PM , I called Miss *** and she informed me she was processing the refund as we spoke and I rec'd a confirmation email from her @ 3:08 PM stating "You'll receive it no later than tomorrow. It is now September 10th and it has still not been refunded. It is appearing on my credit card as "Pending". Please help me get this amount back ($96.77).

This company is disgraceful. Placed an order for 3 inch door brushes with a guy named Tyler and he sent 1 inch brushes. The company said I could return the items but that I would have to pay the return shipping charges. I asked why should I have to pay shipping costs when it was there mistake. A guy named Mike said he would email me a return shipping label but he never did. I called and emailed the company for 5 days and they stopped responding to emails or wouldn't return calls. Poor run company and sure wouldn't ever order anything from them again.

This company is horrible. They sent me the wrong part and when I brought it to their attention, they told me “times are hard” and refused to take responsibility. Going back and forth 8 times with Tyler
***, who must be the owner due to his confidence in projecting a rudeness that would alienate any customer forever, I provided the evidence showing him his error, which he still refused to correct. The time it’s taken him to to rudely respond 8 times and now provide his support to my credit card company, has cost him twice what it would have cost to correct his mistake. Also, during the process, I learned that they ripped me off on a previous order charging me for a “long life” spring, which my installer said was not what was sent. There is definitely a problem with this online retailer. Wouldn’t be surprised is Chapter 11 is in their near-term future.

Purchased electric garage door opener. No trouble installing it. When our tenant saw how difficult it was to program, they said remove it. We did, repacked it carefully, returned it the day we got (with great difficulty) their RMA # ***. For months tried to get refund, without reply.
In December, they finally replied: "...noted it was missing major parts...and had to be discarded." It WAS NOT missing parts.
This is beyond bad service-they issued return merchandise authorization, and threw away our property without refund. Amount is $270.37 + 22.14 shipping. This is a THEFT of almost $300.00. These people are common thieves. They should NOT be doing business with anyone.

I fail to understand why I wasn't reimbursed properly? I paid 36.47 for merchandise and only receive a refund check of 23.29 which is total of 13.18 owing to me I also paid return postage & insurance charges.

How is a consumer/ customer suppose to be aware of a companies policy? Nor is there any invoice annotations as far as return policies. Once again I'm enclosing all previous documents from your staff for the purpose of processing.

I am aware return shipping charges aren't reimbursed & the Revdex.com cannot enforce policies beyond your contract. If I do not receive a positive response via company I will contact the Ohio Attorney General, this is not a threat of affirmative action.

As you can observe I've enclosed information as instructed as via our telephone conversation.

Worst company ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I wish I could give them zero starts. Placed an order, and received email that part was delayed and would ship in 5 days. Two weeks later, I had not received update or the part and emailed the company. Got an automated reply asking how did they do..but no response to my email. Called the number listed on website. The phone recording says it's better to email for quicker response. I left a message anyway. No call back. I called again a week later, left another message, and no reply. I needed to cancel the order because I couldn't wait for a part because I was moving and needed the part sooner. But I couldn't get anyone to respond to my calls or emails.
6 weeks after I ordered(!!!!!!!) they finally emailed me to say my part was shipping soon. By the time I got their shipped email, I had already sold my house and moved overseas. I don't need the part anymore and now if I get the part it will be forwarded to me, but the company won't pay the return shipping on the part. Plus I'm also out the $14 I originally spent on shipping. They claimed that a month after I ordered they sent me an email saying part was backordered, but I never received that email, and regardless, one month is an unacceptable amount of time to update a customer on an order status!
When they finally emailed to tell me the part would be shipped soon, I replied to that email the same day it was sent. The next day they replied and told me the part was already shipped and I could not change my address or cancel the order.
The worst part about this company is their HORRIBLE customer service. When I finally figured out how to do the "chat" option, the man, Taylor, I chatted with was mocking me, admitted that their phone and email system was flawed, and still refused to accept any responsibility for their shortcomings in communication. Claimed it was all my fault, and I needed to stop complaining about the situation. I asked to speak to a manager and Taylor said he was the boss. If this is the person in charge of this company, I highly recommend all buyers shop from a much more professional and customer service oriented company. This company doesn't deserve a dime from anyone if this is how they treat customers. I've attached a transcript of the EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL chat I had with the "boss" Taylor. When you chat with them, you can have the transcript emailed to you, so this chat is word for word(except for some order# info Revdex.com is making me take out). Wish I would have read these reviews first.

If they have responded all of the times that I reached out trying to get customer support and maybe this thing would’ve gone a different way however the fact of the matter is they have the item back and my money and in my eyes this constitutes not only bad business but also theft. The item was sent back return to sender by UPS. The box was never opened. I have pictures I. I have numerous emails in which I have tried and tried to get a hold of this scandalous company . Their extreme unprofessionalism really makes a person wonder about them

ORDERED CAPACITOR 9/6. 7.00 PART. NEEDED IT QUICK AS VERY HARD TO OPEN GARAGE DOOR. THEY HAD AN OVERNIGHT SHIPPING RATE.HIGH BUT I NEEDED IT. 28.88 SHIPPING ON THIS 7.00 PART. BY 9/9 IT STILL WASN'T HERE. EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 TIMES.*** CONTACTED ME AND I SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 9/7. HE SAID IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND (THEY) HAD TO ORDER IT WHICH SHOULD HAVE SAID IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. I HAD TO CALL A REPAIR COMPANY MONDAY 9/9 TO COME OUT AND THEY DID AND REPLACED SAID PART. THIS PART SHOWED UP 2:30 9/10. I ASKED *** ABOUT RETURNINGIT. HE SAID TO GET ON THEIR RETURN PARTS ON THEIR WEBSITE. IT SAID THEY WILL NOT REFUND 10% AND ADTL. 25% AND THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING. The customer ordered the part on a Friday night after we closed. We shipped the order the following business day as advertised on the website. The customer may return the part and I will waive any restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded as we used the method he requested.

The consumer purchased parts for a garage door on July 25,2019 and paid extra money for next day delivery. The consumer did not receive the product until July 29, 2019 and the garage door parts were not even the right type of parts. The consumer had to purchase a new garage door opener from a different business. The consumer called the business to ask for a refund with the overnight fee he was charged and was denied. The business stated Fed Ex does not work Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

I tried to look up this customer by name and address and I can not find an order from them. Please provide a order number so I can look into this further.

I ordered new garage springs and had some uncontrollable things happen during shipping. I called and all seemed taken care of, until the following week when I tried to follow up around the order status. I understand that the springs are made and special ordered but I don't understand or accept that it can't be communicated when you call and leave 4 voicemails and have not return calls. I called today and spoke to a man in Customer support who refused to transfer me to a supervisor due to the lack of communication. Then told me he wasn't going to help and called to a m-f'er and a *** then hung up on me. When I called back amazingly nobody heard it and the rep refused to give me his name. I don't believe this business is ran this way but for some reason someone is getting away with it.

I am sorry that the shipping company lost the package. I am also sorry we did not communicate as you would have liked. Unfortunately our returns/order issue manager has been out sick for 2 days so we have been slow to respond to issues. I have granted your request for a full refund and have applied it back to your PayPal account.

We ordered a set of (right and left) Wayne Dalton Torquemaster garage door opener springs, and a cable and drum assembly. We received the shipment, but there were 2 left springs on 11/2/18. We immediately emailed them about the problem, and then telephoned them the next business day, Monday 11/5/18. They requested us to send pictures of the springs that we received, which we did immediately. We got no response from them, so we called several times leaving our name and phone number, but never received a return call. They then stopped answering the phone entirely, so we called and used the "sales" option and explained to the person answering the phone that no one is returning our calls and requested to speak to a supervisor. He assured us that someone would call us shortly. We have not heard from anyone since. We sent one more email on 11/6/18.

I contacted the customer and asked exactly what he would like, a refund or the spring. He told me that he went through another company and got the spring he needed. I made sure that he got a refund for the spring as well as a refund for the shipping. I also sent him an email asking about the Revdex.com complaint and assuring him he will try harder so things like this will not happen in the future.

The company sent the wrong item to me which is a garage door opener, after I had given them the wright numbers off the original one I wanted to replace so I was told to used the email to asked for a return order I did and nothings happening.Later I was told to call manufacture for what I don't know because I did not order from them so i'am tired of the run around it should not be this difficult .The number on the one that was sent to me is GlTR-3 and the numbers on the one I have are ACSCTG Type 3 .

The remote the customer ordered will work. The customer does not understand that remotes need to be programmed to the opener. We tried to explain that and he became argumentative and extremely rude using vulgarer words. At that point we refeard him to the manufacturer to help clarify what we were telling was the truth and to help him get the remote programmed. If the customer no longer wants the remote they need to simply follow our return policy posted on the website and we will process the return.

I ordered a part for my garage door on 09/12/2018 on line. On there confirmation it stated that it would be shipped 1-5 days. On 09/21 I called to let them know I did not get it and they said that it was on the way to there warehouse (Talked to ***). On 09/27 I still have not received it and I called and talked to (***) and he said that it was not in yet and not sure when it is coming in, but that he would get to the bottom of it and e mail me back. Well, I got my credit card statement and it was billed to me and I never received a response from Northshore commercial door. How can a company not be honest with anyone, bill me before I receive the part and lie on there confirmation that it will be shipped 1-5 Days? and I just keep getting the run around. I plan on calling my credit card company and getting a refund, write a review on the bad service and communication if I do not hear from them in 5 days.

We had been given bad information by our supplier. As of today the material has not arrived. I have been told it will be here tomorrow. At this point I am going to refund the customer and if they would like to follow up later in the week as to inventory status they may. Sorry that this transaction did not go as smooth as it should have.

I contacted North Shore customer service to see if the WHY EVO remotes offered on their website were compatible with my garage doors. North Shore customer service told me explicitly that they were, so I ordered two, only to find out later that they were not compatible. The refund process was painful and obnoxious, and they only refunded the cost of the remotes, not the full order price including shipping, despite providing them the email correspondence and explaining that I never would have ordered the remotes if I had been correctly informed.

I placed order number *** on February 6, 2018. The person on the phone wanted to take my order on the phone and charge me more for shipping than on its website. I have not received my order even after being promised it being shipped.

This customer is not being truthful in this report. The customer placed the order via the website and was only charged $3.50 shipping. Unfortunately the item he purchased is no longer made. The manufacturer informed us of this issue just this week. As a result we issued a refund in full as soon as we found out the stock issue.

1. I called the company to place the order. the company representative on the phone told me the shipping charge was $4.50. I explained the cost of shipping online was $3.50. The company representative told me they had not updated the website yet. This is why I ordered the item online. the company is not truthful in their response on this point.

2. I got an e-main on February 14, saying "the item is expected to ship no later than Tuesday" (See attachment).

3. as you can se, the company is selling items it is in not in possession of or able to get. I was able to purchase the exact item from another vendor. Again the company is not truthful when dealing with their customers.
