Was looking to buy garage door receiver & transmitter with good range. Was redirected buy sales person to buy this, saying it would work well and work with *** on vehicle. It does not and I feel that I was misinformed. I want a full refund. The people want to blame everything else for the problem. Factory for the unit cannot help as they say I programmed it correctly per them. They want to deduct this and that and shipping. By the time I am done, I will lose most of my money. This is not right. What ever happened to the customer is always right ??

Customer needs to follow our return policy. I will waive restocking fee and shipping. The part they ordered will in fact worked as advertised.. these issues are typically user error.

I need them to state they will refund invoice total of 96.22. After the deflecting blame for the units performance and blaming the user, I do not value their word. I want the amount in writing

Our offer is off the table. Customer may return just like everyone else as long at it is with in the 30 day return period. My offer was genuine but now I am offended and insulted. The product the customer ordered is *** compatible. Some people lack the ability to properly follow instructions in order to set there car up to the system. The product we sold works as advertised.

Here is a copy of our return policy that the customer is welcome to follow:

To return an order you must receive a RMA, please fill out the form below.No RMA's will be issued by phone, please fill out the RMA request form below. No return will be accepted without an RMA being issued.Purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.Item(s) MUST be returned in their original shipped condition and include all related parts, factory packaging and instructions.All returned orders are assessed a 10% return fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.Items returned incomplete are subject to additional fees to replace or repack components(IE: batteries, visor clips, instructions, etc.).Items returned damaged, used, or non re-sell-able are not refunded.There is a 25% restocking fee on all Garage Door Springs.All of our springs are made to order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Let it go on record that the business is hard to deal with, does not go out of their way to rectify the situation, and should be avoided. This may be why they are not a member of the Revdex.com

Beware, do not order from them! Ordered parts on a Monday. Now Friday, not shipped yet. I emailed on Wednesday and asked if I could get free 2 day shipping if and when the parts do come in as they are holding my work up. Customer Service Rep Matthew O'*** replied to my email request and said, No, they could not do that. On Friday, I called Sales and I believe she said she was Jennie, she cancelled my order for me and said she would issue the $60.00 credit. I was suprised and asked her why they charged my card before they shipped the product. She said that was what they do there and how thier system is set up. I told her I thought that was illegal. When I questioned further, she really could not say why. Now I have to see if I actually get a credit, most likely Monday as they are closed Saturdays. 2 MAJOR issues: 1. Items show on the website and are not in stock. 2. They charge your credit card for a product not yet in stock or shipped. STAY AWAY.

We do not claim to stock everything. Delays are normal and if this is a customer it was communicated to them. Asking for expedited service on a 60.00 order is not relalistic. We do our best to stock as many parts as possible but with over 6000 products offered it is not possible.

We ordered products from this company on September 25. Got an email on September 26 saying that out product would be delayed for 1-5 days. We finally got a tracking number on the 9th of October. When I tracked this item I found out that only a shipping label had been created. Meaning that my product hadn't even been shipped out. I is now October 16 and the product still has yet to be shipped out. I was able to talk to a Mr. O who was very rude and had no answer on how to fix the problem. Later that same day a man named Bill from customer service contacted me and was apologetic and told me my order would be shipped out and they would refund my shipping cost. However, my product has not been sent out. I have emailed and left multiple messages with this company and have yet to be contacted.
