At this time we are only able to offer to check this vehicle again for the customer When we have tested the vehicle in the past, it was performing as it was designed and there were no codes showing any issues, but we would be happy to try to duplicate the customers concern again

We have contacted the customer and have resolved all issues The customer stated that they are satisfied with our resolution of this dispute

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when I took it in for the oil changeMy main issue was the transmission again And my oil change light had come on They told me that they could not locate a problem with the transmission at that time also It had been surging since they repaired it It should also on on the work order For some reason they told their headquarters that I had not taken it in again, possibly so I could not claim it as a lemon As I had stated the gas mileage gas also been miles below what it was getting before they worked on it and it is not running good since May which is AFTER they worked on it And they dont see any codes so they will not check the transmission manually because of that Perhaps they did not put it back correctly and that is the problem I feel soo unsafe in this vehicle and if the refuse to fix it they should just give me my money back! I did also take it to another Dodge dealer because their headquarters recommended a new set of eyes they first said they did not want to work on what another dealers work worked on but since they had a case # on it they took it in and put it on the machine which showed no problems The man that brought me home in my vehicle said he did see the steering wheel shaking So they just annotated no problems on the invoice Regards, [redacted]

Mr***'s vehicle has been repaired and is ready for pick up Unfortunately, the nature of the problem made it difficult to diagnose as we could not reproduce the issue he was having with the vehicle However, we have duplicated the issue and remedied the problem with the repairs that we recently completed We have called the customer on numerous occasions to pick up the vehicle but they are not responding to our calls Mr [redacted] was provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were done, and we need for him to return to the dealership to pick up his vehicle and return our loaner There is no charge on the final repairs to his vehicle

We have contacted the customer. All this was handled between her and former employees who are no longer with our organization. All issues are now resolved. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: they already checked my vehicle and they say nothing is wrong with it I have taken it in times and in Texas the lemon law says its a lemon after time's It runs raggity and the gas mileage went from 25/miles per gallon to mpgs since the supposedly fixed itI do have a picture showing the mileage before it broke down I am afriad to drive it to Colorado to visit my son because I do not want to be strandedThis issue is stressing me out and is affecting my health.I just want them to give me my money back and take this crappy vehicle back

We have contacted Mr*** and he is set to meet with the General Manager on Wednesday June 28th. We expect to resolve this issue with Mr*** at that time

Mr*** car was brought in from a body shopWe are currently awaiting a part that needs to go on his vehicleWe do have him in loaner at this time and are trying to resolve this issueThank you

Ms*** came into our store and purchased the blue Journey in August 2015. Then in September, Ms*** came back and wanted a different vehicle. At that time the contract had already been finalized and titled on the blue Journey and she had put miles on it. We agreed to trade
her out of the Blue Journey and into the Silver Journey she owns now. The down payment of $was the from the cancellation of products she purchased on her Blue Journey. At this time, we do not feel like there is anything we can do for this customer. If she would like to talk to the General Manager she may contact him to see if we could possibly trade her out of the Journey. She should contact Mr*** *** at the store

The customer *** was in on January 21, and had the back up camera replaced and has since picked up vehicleThank you

I am rejecting this response because:  when I took it in for the oil change. we recently completed.  We have called the customer on numerous occasions to pick up the vehicle but they are not responding to our calls.  Mr. [redacted] was provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were done, and we need for him to return to the dealership to pick up his vehicle and return our loaner.  There is no charge on the final repairs to his vehicle.

We have 3 repairs on the vehicle: 1)     ro [redacted] on 5/10/16 @ 12402 miles for trans concern, overhauled and returned to customer 2)     ro [redacted] on 5/25/16 @ 12625 miles for maint work – lof,rotate and filter. NO mention of a trans concern !!...

3)     ro [redacted] on 6/7/16 @ 13599 for customer complains of engine surge while driving, we ck for any codes and no active or stored codes were found,road tested and was unable to duplicate customer concern. We will be happy to check the vehicle again.

We have contacted the customer and have resolved all issues.  The customer stated that they are satisfied with our resolution of this dispute.
