At this time we are only able to offer to check this vehicle again for the customer.  When we have tested the vehicle in the past, it was performing as it was designed and there were no codes showing any issues, but we would be happy to try to duplicate the customers concern again.

I am rejecting this response because:I have received a loaner car but I should be compensated with days I had to miss work and my son being late due to being stuck to one car. It's just been a big inconvenience on my end!!!
