We had been searching for a handicap accessible RV for months I called North Trail RV and talked with Tamra [redacted] explaining what we needed While you had nothing in your inventory at the time, she kept our name and called us when the Windsport became available She was very knowledgable and guided us through the purchase process She was very professional and we were grateful for her assistance Since we were located in N C, she e-mailed us pictures which was very helpful Thanks also for the excellent help we received from your finance department

Everyone at North Trail RV Center was extermely helpful and knowledgableI enjoyed the experience for the start tothe finishEveryone in the sales, finance, and service department is first rateI would recommend North Trail RV Center to everyone

A+ Salses Dept did exactly what they said We drove !,000+ miles to purchas a trailor only seen on line They quoted a price for or old trailer site unseen They honored their offer We drove 450+ miles further even though an exact same model of Airstream trailer was closer due our salesman, Bill [redacted]

Air Conditioner repair and lies high cost something that should be covered warranty I brought an RV from them used about a year ago we used times before we had an issue with the roof in the bathroom started leaking it never leaked due that the RV is parked in a pole barn to protect it from the weather they fixed the issue but sloppy job on sealing itThe AC was not cooling it was almost degrees inside they took it ran the test this was done in June 30, left the RV for a week they told me that the AC was going to be replaced but since I had a camping trip planned I had to use it but then I got it back July they told me bring it back to switch the unit also I had a bad relay switch for the house power and the grey tank was not showing on the panel how much was in it the bill was about they after I told them that this is not fair they drop it to but still the RV is not even a year old with issues alreadySo on August I took it back for the AC unit sw

We made a deposit and was not able to purchase a RVWe have not been able to get our deposit back June XX XXXX we place $deposit toward the purchase of an RV at North Trail RV with salesperson Shawn Y [redacted] on my [redacted] credit cardThe financing didn't work outShawn said he would keep looking, "RV's are always coming in"In Sept we ask for the refund, Shawn said be patient he still looking out for an RV for usmore time passedWe left messages, no one was returning our callsIn march we were in Florida and before we went to North Trails we called to let shawn know that were coming to see him and that how we found out that he was no longer working thereWe were told that we needed to speak with Louis S [redacted] We left messages for himNo responseOn May 25th I called again and was transferred to Michael M [redacted] who said he couldn't find any records of the transaction and asked me to send him a screen shot of the credit card statementI sent

MY EXPERIENCE WITH KEITH IN THE SALES DEPT WAS A COMPLETELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND NORTH TRAIL TO ANY FIRST TIME OR TRADE IN SITUATIONALTHOUGH I ADVISED KEITH THAT I DID NOT INTEND TO PURCHASE AT THIS TIME, HE WAS MORE THAN PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COURTIOUSI'M NOT FINISHED WITH NORTH TRAIL, AS KEITH STILL HAS HIS EAR TO THE GROUND FOR A SUTIABLE UNIT FOR ME

While completing warrantee work, service tech cut two holes in flooring material and refused to fix it I brought my Jayco travel trailer in to North Trail RV they were suppose to fix the wobble in the dinette table, June Wile fixing the table which still wobbles the floor material "linoleum" was damaged in places that line up with the screws that were tightened by North Trail RV I did not see the damage because the slid out was not put out We did not use our camper for months, it was parked in our driveway and not moved (Feel free to check all camp grounds/RV resorts in the US and Canada we did not camp)We went camping Labor Day weekend September 1st and noticed the damage to the floor I( [redacted] ) immediately called North Trail RV buy phone message, I was called back and told to bring it in I dropped it off on a Saturday and was informed a few days later that the damage was my fault and North Trail RV would not fix it It is impossible that they did no

North Trail Rv provided us with repair work and it resulted faulty, they refuse to assume responsibility WO#AXXXXX On August XX XXXX North Trail Rv completed a repair job on my RV for several reasons, the main reason was to reprogram a slide that had an issue and would not closeNorth trail returned the RV to me and it seemed to be working properly, within a few days once again the RV slide would not closeI have tried contacting them several times in reference to the matter but unfortunately they have told me my call will be returned and that never has been doneOnce again I called today and they suggested I scheduled an appointment although I asked several times to speak to a manager due to the fact that I live in Hollywood and their location is in Fort Myers and it is an extremely lengthy drive, I needed reassurance that this time around the service would be done properly, afterwards they informed me that they "no longer" do these type of repairs and I would have to find an

Poor representation of extended service warranty. The dealer has completed poor repair and service history, Major water issues they wont address. I took the coach in for service due to many problems, the big one being a water leak causing damage inside the walls, then the power stems, cabinetry, and a leak in the shower area. Words cannot describe the way I feel about the service department and the complete lack of commitment to quality, customer service and care the dealership has shown since we bought the RV new from them. North Trail RV sold me on a Quote, "Bumper to Bumper warranty for $3,700 in which their staff stated that while the RV is covered under this warranty, I would never have to pay for a repair other than the normal, tires, wipers, services and batteries, that has not been the case, the warranty seems to be almost useless. This coach was purchased new from North Trail and has only been serviced by North Trail, every time it has been in there for repairs and service,

Great people to deal with from sales to Finance to the service Department everyone was courteous and very informativeDerick was a real pleasure to deal with

North Trail was professional, prompt and listened to our needsThey provided honest and straight forward information allowing us to select the coach that best satisfied our needs
Since returning home, I have had calls making sure our expectations were satisfied and to make sure we had not encountered any issues on our trip homeDuring the process I had questions regarding clarifications of items we had and one rather minor issue which may require warranty workIn each case North Trail has been prompt in responding

camper was to be inspected before delivery, had to have jacks, axle, and shower repaired within two weeks at our cost
we returned the unit to the dealer on 5/24/to have shower repaired, jacks repairedand A/c checkedWe were charged for A/C check and jack repairThey didn't charge us for the shower repair because they hadn't called for a authorizationThe next day 5/25/we took the camper to *** *** only to find that the rear axle had come loose and turn sideways and ruined the tire and broke the jack plate on the right sidewe called North Trail to get assistance but no one returned our call

I purchased a new Thor Vegas from North Trail in April My experience with the sales and finance departments were all positiveThis review, however, is directed specifically to the service department at North Trail in Fort LauderdaleIt is AMAZING! They have done all needed work professionally and timelyJOEL (service writer) and BRET (manager) are the most dependable, responsive, kind, and patient professionals I have ever had the good fortune to deal withThey are both Pure Gold!

I couldn't be more impressed with this company The sales man was professional, patient and informative He got me into a perfect Coach and he along with the business manager got me a quick approval I traded in my Newmar Ventana LE for a Newmar Ventana and what a beautiful Coach with a great floor plan Upon my arrival was even more impressed, The salesman took notice of things I would like to switch over Before I left they had my satellite receivers switched over and gave me a new Brake controller instead of switching from my old coach He also took note of some of the things I would like to add to my coach like counter accent lighting and before I knew it the service department reached out to me The delivery of my coach was over the top, they spent over hours with me making sure I understood everything about the coach and very patient in answering my questions My situation was unique in that I live in NY and am not going to florida until the mid to end of November but no problem they offered to store not only my coach but also my ft trailer for no charge until I got there The dealership is very clean, organized and was a joy to visit I hope this review helps anyone looking to purchase an RV As far as I am concerned North Trail RV does everything right and I would recommend them highly and greatly appreciate all they have done
for me! As far as a Salesman, None Better than Eric, he definitely knows his product and is so very detailed and organized You only have to ask him once and he gets it done and keeps you informed thru out the whole sales process

I am years old and have never written a customer review in my lifetime For the first time ever, I feel compelled to write a well deserved review on a highly exceptional customer experience North Trail RV Center Service department Manager, Derek ***, was the most professional, courteous, and patient person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with as a customer His professionalism and genuine concern about customer satisfaction was beyond belief I purchased my used Newmar Mountain Aire at North Trail RV and could not be happier I will not hesitate to drive seven hours to have my RV serviced or repaired under Mr*** supervision, even though there are credible Newmar dealers within several hours of my home The reason is simple, I trust and have total confidence in North Trail RV Service Center Thank you
