We have additionally spoken numerous times by telephone with her. We have continually advised that CBR updates can take 8-12 weeks for processing. This is a processing time on the end of the credit reporting agencies.
To assert that anybody has been unreasonable, and/or entirely unwilling to help is outrageous and slanderous.
It is entirely accurate that all credit reporting updates are processed electronically. It is equally telling that this process works, as Ms[redacted] indicates Equifax is the only CRA which has not processed; the other two major CRAs have apparently processed our updates. That would seem to indicate there is not a problem with our process.
At the consumer’s request, I in fact called the Equifax [redacted] number, with Option 4, and was advised by the representative that updates can be performed through our online, electronic portal – E-[redacted]. This information was already known, and this process has been followed.
At this point, we have processed (3) manual, electronic updates at the consumer’s request. We have also confirmed our intent to delete the trade line in writing to the consumer.
On our recorded telephone conversations, the consumer has continued to berate our management team with false accusations and insults.
We will process a fourth manual, electronic deletion request today. We have gone to extreme lengths to appease the consumer and provide a resolution to this matter. We will continue to work with the consumer to resolve, however would guide her to discontinue her telephone attempts to our collections management team. We understand her complaint as having received a telephone call from us with regard to an account in our office. We've had the opportunity to conduct an internal investigation in to this complaint, and can present the following findings:
An account in the name of Ms. [redacted] was placed in our office on February 02, 2017. We will not provide any additional information related to the specifics of that account via this Revdex.com (public) forum. However, we did mail a letter to Ms. [redacted] explaining this debt, and explaining the steps she would need to take to dispute the debt. We have not (as of present) received a dispute letter from Ms. [redacted] We did in fact attempt to make telephone contact with her on February 08th, on or about the time she alleges.
As a gesture of good faith, we will accept Ms. [redacted] Revdex.com complaint as a Debt Dispute, and have noted her account accordingly. Further, we understand to cease all communications related to this account.
Most importantly, Chase Receivables has acted in accordance with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations during the attempted collection of this debt.

Chase Receivables has had the opportunity to conduct an internal investigation in to these claims, and can share the following results. Our records confirm that on May 14, 2014, an account in your name was placed with our office from our client, Guardian Financial Services, in the amount of $1,011.00, for a date of service April 25, 2013. On December 3, 2014, Chase Receivables closed their file on the account referenced above, and returned it to the original creditor. Any questions regarding your account should be directed to them. We have updated the major credit reporting authorities accordingly.
