We would be more than happy to resolve this issue by giving the customer a $100 refund.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:On October 12,2016 you were sent a quote for repairs. As of November 22,2016, I had not heard from you. You were sent a quote not an agreement. On November 29, 2016 you sent an email stating you wanted to "go over things again". In the original meeting you stated that you would be measuring again and would contact me.  You have not followed through  with any of your responses and have failed to follow through with providing me with a driveway.  However I did follow through with full payment. I would like my driveway completed.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Revdex.com:I have decided NOT to participate in Binding Arbitration to resolve my complaint with ID [redacted]. I understand that because I have decided to not pursue arbitration that Revdex.com must close my complaint. I have decided to pursue legally or via other avenues. Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: This is the same story that was provided in the beginning. Again, the concrete was replaced to address the cracking at these specific locations.  Everything was not done to address the cracking as you have already recommended that by establishing a different joint location the cracking would not take place as it has. Although you continue to make clear that your warranty does not cover cracking, the work was done to address cracking that was already present in these locations. If you would not be able to correct the issue why would you sell someone new concrete knowing that the same problem would re-occur?  That seems to be the issue here. Along with the continued lack of response and poor customer service.  That is why this report continue to be valid and I do not accept your response as a resolution.

I am rejecting this response because:   I need to have an agreement from you in writing stating that you are going to completely fix my driveway. After I have received the agreement, you can place me on your schedule. There is no need for a meeting as there is nothing further to discuss. I will need a 4 day advance notice as to when you will be arriving so I can make appropriate arrangements. You can send me a text message at [redacted].I look forward to receiving the agreement in the mail.Regards,

[redacted]. Let's set up a time to meet. We will then schedule a time to do the job. I do not want to have any complications so we will have to schedule a time where the weather Is permitting.

[redacted] I recently had a case open against Northern Colorado Concrete in which they were to issue a $100 credit to resolve the claim. I would like to re-open this case as we have not received the credit.Thank you,[redacted]

When I (Larry) received payment, everybody was happy. We were never made aware of a problem, nobody ever contacted us, months had passed before we heard of a problem through Revdex.com. If we would have been contacted we would have addressed the issue immediately. Sarah tried calling, to resolve the issue, while attempting resolve the issue Sarah was hung up on. Extra work was performed on the job that was more than we originally included on the purposal. Extra work is an extra cost to the customer, as stated in the contract. The work was delayed due to weather, which also stated in the contract, is a possibility

By fixing your driveway do you mean doing what we previously discussed?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me at this time. We will re-evaluate the patio this spring after it has been power washed and re-sealed.

It looks the same as it did a year and a half ago. We do not warranty cracks. All Concrete cracks. It is not a safety hazard.
