Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I've gone through the attachment and I don't see the specified fee for early termination? Can NPS specify where exactly this is? ? $seems a little high since my monthly bill was $? That would have been $if I would have just let my contract expire? My issue is that I confirmed with NPS via email (which I can send a copy of) that my bill I received on December 16th was my final bill? But then after that they continued to bill me $a month as well as a bill of $(March 2014), $(September 2014), and $(December 2014) for a full year after confirmation of early termination as well as early termination fee already paid

Merchant signed a three-year processing agreement with? Hello [redacted] , If you Process only EBT transactions you will only be charged for the processing of those transactions, However if you choose to also process Credit & Debit transactions than you will be assessed those fees as wellIf you don not want to be assessed Credit & Debit fees simply do not process those transaction on your terminal

NPS does not offer a program that only charges $0.10, In the future please refrain from using services such as the Revdex.com to negotiate your rates

I am rejecting this response because: I want to hear the voice recording The guy on the phone did not mention he was not our provider I would like to hear the recording Yes, it was cancelled same day but you guys refused to accept that Scott told me that it would be 250-total to cancel the contracts You probably have the recording of that as well I think it is unfair for you guys charge the amount of plus for this I have asked that you quit sending me those letters and you still continue to send them You have drafted my account about 500$ plus already I think that should be sufficient and fair for cancelling right away

***,These accounts were not closed the same day they were signed, the first account was signed on 02/08/and the last contract was signed 0n 02/21/2018.

Customer signed a Merchant Processing application and agreement and was provided a copy upon signingMerchant needs to call our office (877) 774-M-F 09:00-05:PST and verify identity before any information can be released

Thanks for sending that I destroyed my copies after I was told my account was canceled and I wouldn't be charged anymore fees This still doesn't answer why I was continuously charged for a year my monthly fee plus more at times randomly after I was told everything was terminated, as well as getting ignored every time I tried to make contact to resolve during 2014-

Merchant was never told that his EBT would be terminate if he did not fill out NPS's application, the form that was sent in to NPS states that it's only to be sent in if the merchant wants to receive new equipment and switch there services to NPSPlease see the wording below on the letter that was
originally faxed to NPS. Once this request form is filled out and submitted you are authorizing NPS and NPS’s third party processing partners to obtain a copy of your credit report and start the process of transitioning your EBT, Credit and Debit transactional processing to NPS with the terms and conditions listed in your final merchant application and agreementNPS will then set up a four-year lease with a monthly payment to be listed in your final merchant processing application and agreement plus the cost of tax and insurance for your new Processing equipmentProcessing deadline is set in Northern Payment Systems, Inc’sfull discretion and may change from time to time. If the merchant would like a copy of the processing application and agreement that was signed NPS would be more than happy to provide a second copy
