no match connected to this order number: [redacted], are you sure that you have provided us with the correct one? Have a nice day! ") We have not received any reply from the customer up until now. We are actually having a technical problem with our old ticket system and the problem has existed for many weeks now. The problem is that we do not receieve many of the tickets our customers write to us. That is probably what has happened in this case, as we cannot find any new tickets from the customer and the customer is saying that she has sent us several tickets without getting a reply. But since a few weeks ago, we switched to a different ticket system and we are now receiving every ticket our customers write to us.The customer's order: ([redacted]) was shipped out on March 15th from the US warehouse with regular mail. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for packages that are sent with regular mail so we have no way of finding out where the package is located at this time. The package should definitely have arrived by now. As the customer has not yet received her order, we can only assume that the package has been lost in the mail somewhere. I have now issued a full refund for the order back to the customer's credit/debit card.
