Northstar Products gets me what I Need. Some products that we cant get ,
Northstar finds a way of getting it.
We get our products in a timely fashion, and if their are any discrepencies they are immeditey resolved. The prices might be a little higher but the service and their expertise more than makes up for the cost. I never once expierienced an incident where they said that the products were "FREE" or "SAMPLES"
if the salesman asks me if he can do me a favor, he asks for the order and either I say yes or no and thats understood between both parties. I understand they are a company that seeks out our business and we have a good relationship.

I received a phone call from a salesperson stated he would like to send me a free sample case of industrial garbage bags and something about a gift card. I told him the gift card wasn't necessary but he could ship me the sample case of garbage bags to try with a price list. They shipped 4 cases. About a month later we receive an invoice for $710.50 for the free samples. The cost of the the product was TRIPLE what we usually pay. The company called requesting payment and instead we asked for a return address to send the samples back to. They would not provide one. They said they don't offer free samples. I will never do business with NorthStar Products.

Nobody ever said SAMPLES. Nobody sends 4 cases, ask him for a purchase order number. He said mark it to my attention..

We did nothing wrong..

Received a phone call. Sales person stated he would like to send me a "FREE" case of 6 mil nitrile disposable gloves and something about a gift card. I declined the offer but he was persistent and I eventually agreed to let him ship me a "FREE" case of gloves to try. About a month later we receive an invoice for $466.70 for the "FREE" product and have never seen a gift card. After calling their "corporate office", I agree to a discounted price just to make this go away. The cost of the the product was still twice as high as what I buy regularly from U-Line. What a SCAM. I will never do business with NorthStar Products, Inc. again on purpose or accident.

nobody ever said anything about free anything. This invoice was accepted as payment in full. The person who had called and made a settlement before this complaint was presented to the Revdex.com. We are not ULine and
do not compare quality (or prices)..

This company contacted our business with an unsolicited call. The representative asked about lightbulbs and was informed we do not need lightbulbs. Several days later we have received an invoice in the amount of 499.90 1 case of lightbulbs - 478.80, shipping 21.10 for a total of 499.90. We did not request, desire, order or authorize a shipment of lightbulbs from this company. Notice has been sent to the company that no invoice, charges or fees will be paid. We demand that they remove any charges from our hotel name.

no matter what I put down, it looks shady. he has no clue about what transpired in the conversation between 2 people.

The man ordered merchandise and we sent it. He got introuble with this GM and was scared for his job..

We had offered to pick up the product at no charge. We did nothing wrong as usual.

I am rejecting this response because:The seller response is incorrect. My employee did not order, request, or approve shippment of this product. The seller is correct in stating that anything he states will appear shady as this entire business transaction is shady. My employee is not in trouble, and in no way is scared for his job. However, he clearly recalls the conversation. Clearly remembers stating that we have sufficient lightbulbs, and clearly recalls that he in no way indicated he wanted to order 499.90 worth of lightbulbs of a type we don't even use at this property. The seller has contacted me back. They have also sent me a *** return shipping label. This is more response than many have received from this company, and I am hopeful that this will be an end of this transaction. I have indicated that I refuse to pay anything for this unsolicited, unwanted and unrequested order, and that includes any potential restocking fee.

It doesn't matter to me, if he wants to believe whatever he wants nobody cares.

We don't send anything without authorization. He new he ordered.

This company gets an employees name and ships items that are never ordered. A month or so later they try and collect. This has happened a few times over the years, and I must warn all small businesses, that if a phone call ever is answered and the caller is Northstar products...hang up.
