Thank you Revdex.com for letting us tell our side of the story. We did sell the vehicle to ***. We had agreed to set up dollars for tires and an oil leak. *** called and voiced her other concerns with the vehicle. At that time we told her we would look into them but
we couldn't make any decisions until we got the vehicle into the shop and had them properly diagnosed. Northtown Auto Liquidators told her we would help her with these issues and wanted to make sure she purchased a nice vehicle We had an appointment set up at the shop for as soon as she could come in, we tried for as soon as possible, but that didn't work for ***'s schedule. We had an appointment set for Friday the 28th and *** never showed up for that appointment. At the time of the sale we also told her she wasn't completely approved and we would be working on her financing. We didn't have time to get the deal approved before she left because of her schedule. We always try to have customers fully approved before they leave but time constraints do not allow this sometimesWe had the deal approved at six months less term and we were dropping the selling price of our vehicle over a dollars to keep her payment the same. When we were finally able to get a hold of ***, after trying multiple times once she missed her appointment, she was very rude. She just wanted to bring the vehicle back and we said that was ok as we don't want anyone to have bad feelings. Northtown Auto Liquidators has done everything to try to make *** happy, including dropping the original selling price over dollars. We have not done anything wrong and for her to ask for dollars is absurd

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Number One Issue With this Car and Truck sale is if they didn't have my loan in place they would have never SOLD my car and Had no right to sell my car to begin with. I have no idea what went on in that car for a week, there's miles put on the car since I traded the car with them at there lot.
second, there statements are completely and I have proof of every phone call logged when I CALLED THEM, either spoke to them on the phone concerning the issues with this vehicle, the financing or them leaving text messages or voicemails concerning the matter at hand. I couldn't even make an appt for the shop until I was given the go ahead from BILL that I had been supposedly funded on Tuesday Oct 25th, which I called Kurt there auto mechanic immediately and scheduled an appt when told I could. I had already talked to Kurt twice about this truck and the issues it was having once on phone and once in person about getting it in but he said he had no permission yet to order tires even that they were to have had in in days I was told by BillI called Thur 27th and cancelled and rescheduled due to the fact I was headed out of town for the weekend. At this point still didn't even know if I was funded yet or not on truck as I had no paperwork or phonecall stating I was after I told them to send me the documents on Tuesday 25thUpon my return on Monday, I contacted an attorney and dealerships concerning what they had done and what they were doing. They are very well aware, they had no loan in place with the same terms I HAD AGREED UPON, and they had sold my car already. They are trying to cover up with what they have done by stating what they put in their STORY. Now my payoff is $more then it was on Oct 18th when the deal was done. They have caused me time, stress about the numerous vehicle issues which really wasn't even safe to drive in my point, as it wasn't even inspected before they sold it to me Kolby thought, due to the inspection sticker not on window like they put, and money I've spent and wasted and amount added to car now in order to sell it when it could have been sold already!
I will continue to move forward with this matter and want the public to know how they do business! Sincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I ask that they give a statement confirming they will no longer attempt to claim I am in anyway financially or Legally responsible for the 2009 Dodge Ram, no do I owe or have any remaining balance owed to Northtown Auto Liquidators or any of their associates. And there will be no further action in this matter. Regards,[redacted]

the customer and went over the wording in the contract. As for my mechanic misdiagnosing or not being competent when looking at the vehicle, we found that a power steering pressure hose had broke, and this was while the customer was in possession of the vehicle, and this was something that no one could foresee. Review: I traded in my car as a down payment for a car that I purchased . The car lot failed to transfer the title of my trade in and now the current owner is getting parking ticket in my old car in my name. I called in 06/14 and notified Northtown auto that this had happen and they assured me they would correct this . I also filed a bill of sale same day, I was notified yesterday that the accounts are now in collectionsDesired Settlement: I would like Northtown Auto to get the title change over the correct owner and have the tickets and collection accounts out of my name

To Revdex.com:

I bought a car from them and they charged to much and took advantage of me being a widow they latterly stole my 2001 ford f350 pu an sold me a big headache and lemon now I am trying to get my refund from my auto warranty which I paid for and I have to go thru them for it which is not fair I paid for it not them for an aul warranty.

Time to give credit where credit is due. Most people only take the time to say bad things when they're upset. I actually had an enjoyable time at Northtown Auto. I bought a 2010 F-150 and traded in my Tacoma that I was upside down in. They worked with me, helped me fit a payment I could afford in my budget and even helped me get lower insurance. Nice group of people.

They sold me a piece of crap that is falling apart do not go to these people. They made false promises and tag teamed me to get me into the car. Have had the car less then 6 months over paid by about 3000, and it will more then likely completely fall apart before paid for. I am 18 years old they told me they were a Christian organization.

Went in there needing a reliable car and good deal on a vehicle as I was 7 months pregnant. They told me my warranty would only be $50 extra a month. Come to find out they added an extra $2,100 to my balance as well as an extra $700 for a gap insurance I had no idea about. On top of paying $50 extra a month.. Was told my warranty would cover anything for $100. Went to go use my warranty and what do you know it wasn't covered because it was electrical and on top of not being covered when the shop called them they said the warranty I bought was for a different vehicle that I didn't purchase it was for a 2005 Chevy impala when I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima. I ended up paying over 18,000 for this car that is thousands of dollars over priced. The car has had nothing but problems since I got it.. To top it off my sister bough a car from them and the check engine light came on a few days after she purchased it from them!

I just wanted to take a moment and say what a great experience I have had dealing with Northtown Auto Liquidators. They truly do pride themselves in their customer experience. They have went above and beyond my expectations for a used car lot. I recently bought an Acura MDX from them in what we thought was great condition for a 2002. A few months after being bought however, the transmission started slipping. Although it was not their responsibility, I contacted them to let them know. They immediately took told me to come in and talk to them and have their mechanic take a look at my vehicle. They didnt need to do this as there was not warranty on my MDX. They found that the transmission needed to be replaced and found a great priced rebuilt transmission for me. Then, going yet again beyond their call of duty, had their mechanic install it for me. This saved me hundreds of dollars and they did this all out of the goodness of their hearts and their desire to ensure a satisfied customer. Owner, [redacted], was more than a pleasure to work with and very sincere in dealing with the situation I was in. I am grateful for their help and support they provided. No other dealership in Spokane would have cared so much or went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Northtown Auto Liquidators to anyone searching for a car dealership established on honesty and integrity. Thank you for everything!

Review: I recently went car shopping and found a car I liked at this dealership, we test drove the vehicle (2007 [redacted] tc) and it had a very slight tic and they said it was just a timing chain guide that was a little loose and that it would be OK. So after signing the papers we were handed the keys and we pulled out of the parking lot. Immediately the car started making a loud loud taping /ticking sound; we stopped at the gas station to get gas since the car was already on empty with the gas light on. It just so happened that there was a manager from a local automotive shop there getting fuel at the time we pulled in. He walked over and asked what happened and why the car was making all the noise. He then told us that it was a major problem and that we need to take it back. So after taking the car back to the dealership, their mechanic said that it needed a new timing chain guide. The owner then said that he would fix the problem and install new guides. We left them the keys and car and went on our way. For about a week we hadn't heard any word on when we were going to get the car back, untill finally I called and asked about it. I was told by nick a salesmen that the motor was in fact blown and that it needed a new motor. By this time I had asked for my money back but they refused to refund me. Nick then told me the owner said he was Going to install a new engine in the vehicle and make it right. A few days after that we received a call from nick saying they were going to install a used junkyard motor in the car. I did not agree to a used motor being installed I was told it would be a new motor. At this time they still would not refund me and said the car would be done in a week or so. A week had passed and they still were not done, nor were they keeping me updated with what was going on with the vehicle. So I went In with my fiance and his father to the dealership to once again ask to be refunded and again I was denied. I just want my money back not a car with a junkyard motor!Desired Settlement: I was promised by the owner that I would be able to get into a different car if I went to the dealers auction with him and picked one out. So, I took the day of the dealer auction off work that we were supposed to go find a new car. Well, I receive a phone call from the owner now saying he was not going to get me a different car and that I needed to come pick up the car. All I want is my money back, a refund from a car that now has a junkyard motor.
