Even though Mrs. [redacted] didn't cancel within 3 days, we decided to relieve her of any financial responsibilities and picked up the machine. Since she found the terms reached disagreeable. August 22, 2016To Whom It May Concern:Thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint assigned ID [redacted]. [redacted] had scheduled an appointment with Northwest Air Supply on Saturday August 13, 2016 to come out and verify their winning scratch card. On the scratch...

card it reads "Winning hand must be verified with master key chart to determine prize." On the card it also reads the "order of winning hands does not match the order of prizes." We fully explained the rules and details to our promotion prior to sending our representative to [redacted] residence. After the presentation was finished nothing of this matter was brought u p to the representative or myself. In fact they filled out a credit application to purchase the product however were declined for poor credit. We gave [redacted] her prize (Kitchen Worthy Serving Set) and the consultation was completed just as both parties agreed. There is no way of [redacted] to know which prize she won. As you can see there is no key on the card whatsoever. I'm sorry for any confusion or miscommunication on our part. Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would also like to thank Mr. Cody A[redacted] from Northwest Air Supply.  He was very professional and and understanding as to the reason for me filing the complaint in the first place.  In hindsight I should have contacted the business first to voice my displeasure.  We reached an agreement that was satisfactory for all parties.  I would like to rescind the complaint in it's entirety.  The matter was handled very well by Mr. A[redacted].  It would not be fair to have a blemish listed with the Revdex.com for this business.Regards, [redacted]

three business days to cancel, which her and her husband agreed to when they signed the document the day of purchase. We would of had to receive her notice of cancelation by no later than midnight of 06/15/2015. If you make the mistake of working for this company, get EVERYTHING in writing! I am owed $250 and the owner says that even though I sat through 3 days of training (NOT PAID) and won a challenge ($100) and demonstrated the product to 5 family and friends, I am owed nothing. All the owner cares about is getting HIS money while cheating his employees.

Glad I didnt stay or I would be still waiting for a check. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE & EMPLOYMENT OPTION

Review: returned this EXPENSIVE air filtation system. Let them know immediately I did not want it. It took some pulling of teach to accomplish that and in the meantime this particular company takes (physically) your old vacuum as "Part of the purchase" I let this company know THE NEXT DAY I had buyers remorse so long story short I went into the place of business and the DID NOT have my vacuum...I m pissed and I WILL NEVER EVER do business with them its all a scam!!Desired Settlement: I want the purchase price of me having to replace the vacuum they took from me it was an oreck.

Review: I received a scratch-off mailing on 6/4/2015 that stated that I was a "winner." In the fine print of the advertisement, it states quite clearly, "No obligation required. No purchase necessary." When I called to claim my prize, the company representative stated that my wife and I had to listen to an hour-long presentation at our home about indoor air-quality system, but that we would not have to purchase it. I brought it to the young lady's attention that the flier stated that there was "no obligation required" and that, therefore, I did not want to listen to the presentation but that I did want my prize. She told me that there was "no obligation to purchase anything," so I told her that was NOT what the mailing said, and I repeated that I wanted to claim my prize. She told me that was not how the promotion worked (even though that is exactly what it says on the flier) and hung up.Desired Settlement: I want one of the 6 prizes that are listed on the flier.

Review: My husband and I purchased an air filtration system from a door to door business called NW Air Supply. Located in Kennewick WA. Today I called to tell them that I was not satisfied with the product/equipment. I quess we only had three days to return or cancelled the purchase. A Male person that came on the line, after I spoke to a female that answered the phone transferred me to someone else, told me that I had only three days to cancel/return purchase. I then asked him, well what do I do if I don't want this equipment/item. He said "at this point it is out of my hands and it is yours" I told him why was is it that they did not have the 30 days return policy. His response was "we are not Wal-Mart. He also mentioned two other stores. I asked him " well I wonder what the Revdex.com would say?" He proceeded in telling me that Revdex.com had nothing to do with their company, "We don't fall on same catagory as all the rest of the stores". Is this true?? Is there anything I can do to ruturn this equipment since I am not happy with it? I am aware of another person who tried to return their purchansed items with in the rquired days, after the sales person came to their house they were pressured/talked into keeping the vacuum cleaner. I bought the Air Filters due to my asthma, but I have continue to expierence shortness of breath and my usual sytoms.Desired Settlement: I just want to return the air filters.Supposely I my first payment will start in August.

Review: Scammed me into get names for in home test and was not told any of the other stuff I had to do to fully get the 50$ person now they are calling people on my list and telling me cuz they are not homeowners so why are they still valling my list without my permission and my friends are all doing it because they thought it was helping me to get 50$ per person I think its wrong just cuz im poor they think they can walk all over me please help thank youDesired Settlement: For them not to be liers and do what they say they can't have special advertising and not fulfill them I was told something very different then what they actually do more then in my complaint not happy

Received a "winning" promotion scratch card that clearly says the winning hand (think poker) does not match the order of prizes which would seem to be misleading information indicating that prize selection is random. However, when salesman arrived (15 minutes before his scheduled time) and got out of his car he had a cheap plastic BBQ set with him. I humored his canned presentation on a loud fan attached to a tractor filter for approx 15 minutes before telling him the whole thing felt like a scam. I may have been much more receptive, but I hate starting a business relationship feeling like I've been lied to- it tends to color all future interactions. Anyhow, the salesman started to argue until I escorted him out at which point he peeled out sideways in my gravel driveway like a bad 70s tv show. The damage to my driveway and wasting of my time was not worth the cheese ball BBQ tools. I would never buy anything from this business that apparently popped out of nowhere in late 2013 and uses a scam like this to sell their products in a neighboring state. Distasteful at best.

I love this vacuum! The young men who demonstrated the products were very nice and funny, and the vacuum amazed me. I spoke with the Sales Manager, who made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I have a dog and a cat, and this vacuum handles the workload so well, and picks up the fine dirt my old vacuum missed. I also have hardwood floors, and the floor attachment works a treat. I even discovered that the dusting tool is perfect for baseboards, windowsills, and lamp shades! Buy this, you will never regret it!
