Review: I received an scratch-off advertisement in the mail the week July 13, 2015. I scratched off and the winning hand was GRAND SLAM, I called the phone number listed. They made an appointment to verify the ticket for the Week of July 20, 2015. Just prior to the person showing up a gentleman from their office called and said that the employee had become ill and was not coming. A new appointment was made for July 30, 2015 for 7:30pm about 7:50 pm the business's office called again and stated the employee was tied up and would not be able to keep the appointment. Another appointment was made for August 3, 2015 for 7:30 pm, upon looking at my calender I found I was going to be on call for my employer, I called Northwest Air Supply and told the young lady I was on call and could not guarantee that I could be here, she replied that they would call when they are back in the area. I asked how I was going to verify this scratch ticket, she said they would call when they are back in the area. This scratch ticket is a "Grand Slam" and I would like the proper prize. This false advertisement if the business simply does not want to pay out what the public has won.Desired Settlement: I would like the proper and appropriate prize.

Review: I recieved a casino cash card in the mail, scratched off game peice a reveled 3 barsx3. Called the number on the back of the card and scheduled a presentation for 1/27/16 for 7:30pm. I confirmed the info twice. I was told I definetly won a prize. 1/27/16 at 8:05p when no one had shown up I called them to ask what had happened. First I was told that the gentleman was still at his previous presentation and was running late. When I told the man on the phone. I was concerned that the integrity of the company. He then said my husband had called and canceled the appt, I then informed him my husband is unable to speak english so it was impossible for him to have called. Then he said he had tryed to call but they had the wrong n7mber. I asked how was I suppose to claim my prize he said he would send someone out when he finished his last appt, around 9pm. When I told him that would be too late. He said I HAD to watch presentation to recieve prize. (Card states "you may be asked to view filter queen demonstration. No OBLIGATION REQUIRED NO PURCHASE NECESSARY "Desired Settlement: 1 of the 6 prizes stated on card. I had 3 sets of 3 bars.
