All Pro Transmissions W Villard Ave Milwaukee WI [email protected] ###-###-#### To whom it may concern, *** *** brought his Mercury Mountaineer to us to have his transmission rebuilt and with him he brought his own solenoid pack and rebuild kitI did not tell him to do
this but he either thought it would save him money or maybe it was to ensure he had new parts in his car, I’m not sureEvery time *** came into this facility he was extremely intoxicated, hard to understand and talked for very long periods at a timeSeeing this was the case from the start, I accepted using his parts and gave him money off the original rebuild price and explained to him I normally never do that and clearly after reading this I hope you will understand whyAfter rebuilding it with his parts a few months later he brought it back and said it wasn’t working, so we took it in and rebuilt it right awayAfter rebuilding his transmission we still had pressure problems and spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the problem was ASSUMING that *** ***’s solenoid pack he originally brought us was newWe were stumped because it was showing signs of a defective solenoid packWe asked him to bring in his receipt for the part he bought which he couldn’t findWe then had to have the company “Trans Star”, located in Brookfield find it which took them two days to do and then send us a copy of his receiptWhen we received the copy we saw that his solenoid pack was not new and was purchased used. At this point *** was no longer in warranty seeing that it was clear his used solenoid pack was the culprit of the failure. We could of voided his warranty, however we care deeply for all of our customers. *** *** did state that he didn’t write the letter to the Revdex.com and that his wife wrote it*** also sent another man here to represent him because ***, at many times was incoherent due to his drinkingWe have a copy of this receipt from Trans Star and can fax it if necessary but *** did acknowledge this at one point after confronting him*** could not afford a new one when we told him so we purchased it for him and installed it and gave him his vehicle back a few days after the original complaint was sent to the Revdex.comThe man he sent to speak with us was very kind and understanding*** and the man he sent, told us that they would immediately dismiss their complaint with the Revdex.com. I’m sorry we didn’t reply and follow through persistently enough that this matter wasn’t resolved soonerDealing with surgeries and faulty word programs do take part in this but never the less this is a lesson I’ve learned from and will try harder to follow through with any future resolvesI believe deeply we’re not at fault for this unfortunate occurrence but did accept the responsibility to get him back up and running no matter the costI feel it would be most kind for him and the Revdex.com organization to relieve us of any negative reflection of our company for this complaintWe did everything we could to make sure his vehicle was fixed while maintaining professionalism, being polite and courteous. His transmission is and has been corrected and *** has not been back since In Best Regards, *** ***/Owner

Hello,You have requested a copy of a police report confirming that this incident occurred on the business owner's propertyUnfortunately, police were not called because the employee of All-Pro immediately accepted liability for hitting our car and we worked with him for nearly months
because he said he would repair our car Obviously, we were too trusting and we've learned that lesson We do have a short string of texts between my son and the employee during which they were discussing him ordering the correct part We also have photographic evidence (which I'm happy to send by separate email) of the car that was being driven at the time we were hit, and it shows All-Pro's parking lot as well as the license plate of the car that was being driven We have confirmed via the car owner's insurance company that the owner was indeed a customer of All-Pro at the time, and the photograph demonstrates that it is the only car that could have been in the entrance to the parking lot (where the collision occurred) at the time - you can see another car in the picture parked against the wall of All-Pro, and it is perpendicular to the car that hit us The reason I point this out is because the owner's strategy thus far has been to lie about the nature of the car that hit us While the employee immediately said he was driving a "customer's car,", the story then changed (presumably after the owner told him to lie) to "a buddy's car," and apparently now the story is that he was "test-driving a car from Craigslist." They are basically trying to imply that we took a picture of a random car that happened to be a customer's car The photograph proves otherwise Never has the owner denied that the accident happened on his property - this is yet a new attempt to evade responsibility Indeed, he (or a manager who had some authority over the employee who was driving the vehicle that hit us, but we believe it was the owner) was on the property at the time and yelled at the employee in front of my son and his friend that this would all come out of his paycheck And then, of course, the story about who the car belonged to began to change Never, however, did he dispute in our conversation with him or to our insurance company that the collision did not occur on his property - and that would be a brazen lie.As for records of the employee (*** ***) being "on the clock" at the time, we couldn't possibly have a record of that If the owner wants to prove that he wasn't on the clock, he has every ability to do so if they even keep records, punch in, or don't destroy or alter the records The employee's statement immediately after the collision was "I was parking a customer's car." A conversation was then had that involved the owner (again, we presume, but if they have records it will show who the manager, if any, was that day), so he has had plenty of notice and time to prove that *** *** wasn't "on the clock."These are all just new efforts to dodge liability I will provide you with whatever I can and you'd like that is a reasonable request (I agree it would have been smarter to file a police report, but we are trusting people and because this happened at a business, we were that much more trusting that no business/business owner would conduct themselves this way) We gave the employee several months to fix our car, with no success, before filing an insurance claim (he was an insured driver), and assumed that failing that, the owner would do the right thing and take responsibility It's a $claim that, if he has liability insurance on his property, should not be this big a deal.Again, please let him know that we have given both the now former employee and the owner every opportunity to handle this professionally and easily We are not trashing him all over social media or otherwise interfering with his business short of using the legitimate resources of the Revdex.com But if he continues to behave like this, we will have to sue and take any other action that is reasonable.Thank you
