I am rejecting this response because: they reached out stating that after they receive the check that’s they hand misprocessed to our insurance is returned they will then credit us. Unacceptable. They need to stop payment on the check THEY sent to the wrong party and give us...
our money. I’m tired of waiting MONTHS for money that they owe us. Funny how we would get sent to collections if we didn’t pay our debt. This is fraudulent practices and needs to be addressed at a higher level.
