I have been dealing with Notaries.com for a while and never had any issues with them when they say they are going to do something they do it

Requested refund after realizing company charged me for filing fee after I already paid.I was told to go to resource section of site but it'sno option
purchase date-2/21/18, tried calling customer service the same day and sent emails to inquire calls were not returnedToday I called and was told to go to site under resources for refund but no option existed for forms to request refund

order # *** paid in full July product never received Emailed Lashonda on October and she said it was being sent out
