I took the test and paid to be a notary on 2/2/I have not recieved a stamp or have heard anything more from themI have called several times

Huckleberry notary was horrible to deal with I took my exam on the 13th paid and mailed everything to them as per their instructions online My notary ran out the 28th I called in to see how everything was going they said my notary lapsed and I had to retake everything and that they want to keep half my money NEVER USE HUCKLEBERRY NOTARY

Easy application

Initially I was sent an insurance policy with the incorrect dates that caused a delay with the stateNext I was sent a rider with the correct dates but a notary signature with a date months before the riderThis again caused a delay with the state
With all the delays my commission expired yesterday May 22, 2018, and now I'm told to expect to receive my notary materials with the next to daysAbsurd

Short version: Notaries.com doesn't seem to know what they're doing Everything about the website is easy to navigate including the course, and the response time to problems is quick (even though the problems have not gotten properly solved with the responses) Everything gets done as it should eventually, but YOU have to know what the requirements are and then stay on top of it, because they will not, and you'll waste too many lunch breaks going to the courthouse to register with documents that aren't completed correctly I recommend calling your Recorder of Deeds to make sure you've got what you need before you make the trip
stars instead of because of the response time and willingness to fix mistakes; not because of quantity of mistakes and lack of professionalism - no one was rude, but at no point during my phone call about a broken embossing seal or during my numerous emails regarding several cycles of incorrectly completed paperwork were there any apologies for not delivering correctly, offers to comp anything, or anything remotely customer-service-y, and the written communications were not done professionally (punctuation, typos, style, etc.)

I have used this service in the past and have now processed another renewal through them; they are a great company to deal with and have always been prompt in assisting me I would recommend them to anyone interested in applying for a Notary, they make the process so much easier and deal with all of the paperwork for you!

I faxed in my notary certificate as requested but they never got itI called and Melanie Vtook my call, requested that I email her a picture of the certificate and she personally responded that she got it!! Peace of mind
