I am rejecting this response because:
You closed my previous case #[redacted] too early. I received the attached response from the company on March 29th. They said they would mail my refund but I still have not received it. The only way I could respond to their comments was by saying that I accept their response. But I wanted to wait until I actually received the check, which I have not. I have been trying to get a refund from them since February and they always tell me it's on its way, but I never receive it. It has only been a week since they said they sent me the check and I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow time for the mail. As you can see from my initial claim, I have an email from them from February stating they would issue a refund and they did not. Then on March 29th, they said they sent me a check, and I still do not have that check. They need to be help accountable and actually do what they say they are going to do.I am still awaiting for my refund which was promised to me in February.Sincerely,
