We take customer service very seriously and will be investigating the call log in order to better service our customers in the future. Our records do indicate that Ms. [redacted] email was received and a cancellation was confirmed via on 1/24/2016. However, there was a technical difficulty with our systems and thus lead to the additional charges. Ms. [redacted] has requested a total refund in the amount of 179.88, however we will be extending that amount for the last 3 charges in total refund amount of $269.82. RIP OFF!
Not only did they charge my card for this crap but I believe they sold my cc info. Since being billed from nova derm we have received alerts TWICE of fraudulent use & the same person attempting to open a new cc with out information.
What clarifications do you need?

In addition, our records also indicate that Ms. [redacted]' account has been flagged as a chargeback for disputing the charges, and thus, we are unable to provide a refund in the remaining amount of $44.96 as requested. The chargeback processor and credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and provide any refunds these parties deem substantiated and necessary. In addition, any and all results from this claim dispute would be final. We recommend that Ms. [redacted] contact her credit card provider for a status update.
