I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not at all pleased with the response from nTelos When I returned the device to the store, I asked if I owed anything and I was told that because of the advice that was given to me by the inexperienced salesman, I would owe nothing and they would take the device back In speaking with the nTelos representative two weeks ago, he informed me that part of the money that I paid was for a cancellation of contract fee This is not correct as I was told I owed NOTHING

After reviewing this account for [redacted] ***, we did port her number to another provider as she requested, and the service to her phone did not terminate until 4/23/So we did provide her service for entire time that she is being billed forIn addition, our contracts clearly outline and advise that if you cancel your service at anytime with us that you are responsible for your bill until the end of the bill cycle that you are inSo at this time, there is no credit and or refund due at this timeI request this case to be closed out

I spoke with this customer and advised him that there is a temporary fix to his issue at this time and a permanent fix will be provided sometime during the week of July 13thI request this case be closed

The balance owed on this account has been cleared

Customer has been advised several times that she needs to visit a Corp Retail Store to get a new SIM cardShe has also been offered a credit on her account for the time without a phone plus has been offered a credit on her account for gas mileageThis customer MUST visit a retail for a new SIM cardI request this case to be closed out

After reviewing the complaint for Ms***, I find the charges to be validThe notes on her account show that she did request on November 1, for her number to be ported to another phone carrierThe final bill that she is referring to shows the charges are from 10/5/15-11/4/The contracts that our customers sign clearly state, that when you cancel your account with us, that you ARE responsible to pay through the end of the bill cycle that you are currently inSo her final bill amount of $is a valid charge, since she used our service from 10/5/15-11/1/As a courtesy to the customer I will be happy to reduce the final amount owed by crediting the last four (4) days of service which would be from 11/1/15-11/4/So that would make her final balance due now $That would be charges from 10/5/15-10/31/No further credit would be due on this accountI request this case to be closedThank you!!

I spoke with the customer and explained several bills to her and advised that she broke the contract before the 2 years agreement was up and by doing so produced an early termination fee. I request this case be closed.

According to our records, this customers account is at a zero (0) balance and nothing more is owedI request this case to be closed

I spoke to the account holder today regarding the balance due on his account of $I advised him this was a valid charge, as it is a past due balance from a few months back before he cancelled his account with usHe asked me then how can he take care of this charge, I advised with a Credit Card over the phoneHe said ok, and then I asked to place him on holdWhen I came back to him no one was thereI called him back and got his voicemailI request this case to be ClosedThanks

This customer call tags were mailed to her on Friday October 30, I request this case to be closed out

I called the customer and left a voicemail message for them to return my callThe resolution for this case is that we are going to let the customer out of her contract with no early termination feesI request this case be closed

After reviewing this customers account, and reviewing her bills from May through December 2015, this customer has been carrying a past due balance on every billAlso, when she called into our Customer Care Call Center on 1/26/regarding the remaining balance, we offered and placed a Credit on her account of $to assist her with the balanceNo further Credits will be given on this accountI request this case to be Closed
