This company is a scamThey prey on the elderly to squeeze as much money out of them as possibleMy mother in law is one of their victimsThey took her for $to "fix" her computer and signed her up for a $/ month "computer support"They tricked her into relinquishing control of her computerThey asked her for both her credit card number and her checking account numberEveryone you talk to has a foreign accentStay away from these crooks!
I called as my computer was running very slow.So I called NTS IT Care support since tech complete the job on my computer is working good after rajesh worked on it

So far my experience with NTS IT Care has been positive except for one call when the person with whom I was speaking was impatient and had to be asked to watch his attitude All other members of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful
They spent hours on the phone repairing and cleaning my laptop which was infested with viruses they charged me an initial $and then another $for a year of McAfee protection My computer works great and I\'m now able to submit my proposals at work and they\'ve emailed me my invoices and this morning they emailed me warning me of the list of ways people try to defraud their customers and what to be aware of As far as I can tell it was a great service and they worked hard and long especially putting up with me
Yes, I am fully satisfied with the service of NTS IT Care company. Actually I was searching a service or my printer installation and NTS IT Care company resolve my problem by providing the remote installation service.
