I signed up for this service about 9 mo. ago. They have cleaned & serviced my pc every month since [in the comfort of my home]. Every service has done exactly what I wanted. I rate them an excellent value.
My video player had volume but no picture after service of my laptop after telling RB of my problem he repaired promptly with me oin communications with him the service and follow up today and this evening was outstanding im glad I signed a contract with this company.

These guys are really tremendous in their job. My computer system usually perform very ridiculous and I was completely fed-up with that. I contacted NTS IT Care online technical support to rectify the issue and they took hardly 30 minutes to solve it and that too in a very affordable costing. Will personally recommend those guys for any type of computer and software related issues, they are truly specialized in their field.
This morning I received a critical message indicating that my IP address was attempted to be used. I contacted NTS and spoke to Harry [redacted] immediately began working on the problem with me and then repaired the problem with my computer with tremendous professionalism and ability. He is truly as asset to a very professional company
I called as my computer was running very slow and seems to be infected. Rajesh tech from nts helped me to clean my computer. I am very satisfied and happy with work done on my computer. Thanks
