I had horrible service with this company my things were delivered at a.m.Then the next morning when I finally go to use the machine it doesn't even workI was told some one would come out and fix it then soon after he left both machines stop working then I go to the store to get a refund and I was told because it was past there day policy which this by time they decided to help me was the 8th dayBut they told me that I could not get my money back and that I could only exchange the product which is silly because if that one didn't work why would I want anything else from this store for that not to work as wellNo thanks so then I was told that I could get my money back when they picked up there products which was fine by me but then they never show up til there store closes that way they can have there products back but you can't get your money back until the next dayNow I still have no money back and they still giving me the run around about itThis store has the worst customer service ever and then they are very unorganized they have a lot of people working but no one knows whats going on in the whole stores they have I have been told twice by this company oh, they forgot to put the order in to get the stuff fixed now they forgot to put an order in to pick the stuff upWow, I have never seen such messy business in my lifeI will never go to company's like this again

On July 10th, 2015 I purchased a [redacted] Elite Duel Range from Nu 2 U Appliances. I paid $399.00. As per my invoice there is a 30 day warranty included in the price. When the range was delivered and installed I discovered that the oven/broiler does not heat. I called [redacted] (owner) on July 17th, 2015 to notify her and she promptly told me that it worked at their shop and that her "tech" was in the field, then she hung up on me. I have a log of continuous calls to their business number, 775-331-6828, as well as messaging her on their[redacted] page and emailing them. I have never had a response. Also, I noticed on their[redacted] page, a posting on July 9th, 2015 [redacted] was advertising this stove for $325.00. I wish I would have seen that before purchasing the stove. I was overcharged $74.00! In good faith I purchased this stove and I know now I was conned into purchasing a stove that was broken.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] Elite Duel Fuel RangeOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement Based upon my 30 day warranty, which is now expired because of their refusal to return my calls/messages in a timely manner, I want them to replace or repair this stove. Business Response When [redacted] called about the stove she had purchased I informed her I was closed for remodeling, I told her I can make a appointment for her to come and take a look at the stove. She came to the shop, she looked the stove over inside and out to make sure it is what she wanted, I gave her time and space to look at the stove while I handled other things I needed to do and when she was ready to purchase the stove she let me know. She was more then happy to purchase the stove. I informed her how we are comfortable in offering our 30 day warranty is we test everything, clean everything and know there are no issues with our merchandise. In the beginning she was indecisive about if her brother was going to pick up the stove or if she was going to have it delivered. A couple days went past when she called me to inform me she opted for the delivery which was to her door. When the delivery man delivered the stove it was supposed to be to the door, he was kind enough to take it in the house and was going to hook it up, UNTIL there was no 220 electrical outlet for the stove. It's a dual stove meaning it takes electric and gas. [redacted]'s friend/neighbor was there and told [redacted] he will install a 220 electrical outlet. The delivery driver left the stove in the kitchen as an outlet had to be put in. I do not know if her friend/neighbor is certified or done the wiring correctly for the outlet for the stove. One of my regular customers contacted me one day telling me someone posted a negative review of my business online. I called [redacted] and left her messages to call my PERSONAL cell phone number to rectify the situation. I never received a call back from [redacted]. As for her feeling conned to buy the unit since she did more research on my company after buying the unit, I have popup and flash sales for my Facebook customers/followers. So her stating she overpayed for the unit, she paid the price she seen posted in the [redacted] ad she responded about. I have 3 points that are pointed out1. She did NOT have the proper hookups for the stove when delivered.2. I was never contacted by [redacted] other then the negative reviews. 3. She was never conned into buying anything, she looked the stove over on her own.

On 11/14/2015 I went into NU 2U to purchase a new washer and dryer. At that time [redacted] (owner) was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up purchasing a w/d. We arranged to have it delivered to our home Monday the 16th. We also purchased an extended 2 year warranty on the W/D from the store. On the day of purchase the only thing we were handed was stapled paperwork from Warranty life (extended 2 year warranty company). [redacted] did state that it took approx. 24 hours for the warranty company to send over the proper documents and she would email them the next day. I assumed our receipt would be with the appliances when they were dropped off also. I received the appliances Monday around 10:30am. I installed them the following day. At this point the washer was making loud noises and didn't sound like it was functioning properly. Also with the dryer it would run for 2 minutes and give me an error code for ventilation and also made a metal on metal sound. I then figured I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned because that was the issue. So I proceeded to have my vent cleaned on 11/20. Now that was done but the dryer will stay on but it doesn't dry anything and still makes a noise. I proceeded to call Nu2u appliances and let her know of the issues we were having, and she said she would call them and give me a call right back and also send the email with my paperwork. Never got a call back nor an email with our paperwork. On Monday the 23rd I called Nu2u again and spoke with [redacted], I explained our frustration with the product and asked if I could just return them, she said she doesn't take anything back all sales are final. I replied by saying where it said all sales were final, she said on the receipt. I then told her I never received one. She said to check my spam folder because she emailed it. and then hung up on me. I ended up going down there in person to pick up my paperwork which then she emailed to me 5 mins prior. I have a procedure with every customer (over 1000 customers) I staple a receipt to the 6 month warranty and staple a receipt to the Warranty Life extended warranty agreement. I give both the 6 month and Warranty Life packet to the customers before they leave, so they have the information on who to call if an issue is to arise. When [redacted] contacted me DAYS after there was an issue, he was upset, belligerent and uncooperative. I told him he needs to contact the 6 month warranty company at that point he told me he has contacted Warranty Life and LG already and neither would help him. I rein formed [redacted] that he needs to call the 6 month warranty company, I gave him the information as he stated he does not have it. He was hostile and telling me I'm passing him on to another person because I do NOT want to take care of the issues, I tried to explain to [redacted] that I am NOT "passing him to another person", BUT having him contact the warranty company that is hired and in place to take care of any issues that can arise. When I said once again to [redacted] that I'm not passing him to just anyone, but to the one that will take care of the issue, he wants his money back and for me to refund his money, I informed [redacted] that I do not offer refunds and that is why I offer 6 month warranties with the option to purchase extended warranties. That answer was not good enough for [redacted] and he got even more belligerent, at that point I said "have a good day [redacted]" and hung up on him. If he does not want to call the proper department and bicker hostile with me on the phone I will NOT tolerate it. [redacted] "contacted" the 6 month warranty company then called me back stating it was the wrong number, WHILE [redacted] is on the phone I called the warranty company, same number [redacted] had and got right through to them. [redacted] was not available to speak at that moment so I Ieft a message with her coworker to have her contact [redacted], all of my conversation with [redacted]s coworker was heard by [redacted], when I got back on the phone with [redacted] he gets belligerent and I inform him [redacted] will contact him shortly. When [redacted] informed me he did not get the email with the warranty confirmation I informed him to check his spam/junk folder as it is possible for the email to go into those folders, [redacted] informed me he doesn't have a spam/junk folder. I resent the paperwork to [redacted], it was not 5 minutes before he came into the shop as he stated, I was busy with other customers prior to him coming into the shop. When [redacted] arrived at the shop I was outside with a customer, my helper was in the shop and she asked [redacted] if he would like her to go get me, [redacted] stated he would wait. When I came back inside he is leaning against the wall with hostility. I asked him if I could help him and he tells me he wanted his receipt, I informed him I emailed it again to him when we was on the phone earlier that day, he told me I did NOT. I informed him once again to check his spam/junk folder. [redacted] is talking to me with hostility and beligerant all while my helper is helping another customer. He is getting louder and louder in his voice as he tells me I am passing him to another person and don't want to take care of the issue, when infact I am taking care of the issue by reffering him to the warranty company which is set in place for issues that arise as I do not offer refunds. It got to the point I had to tell [redacted] he needs to leave my store right now, it took me telling him get out of my store or I will call the police for [redacted] to leave. Before [redacted] would leave my store he yelled at the customer that was shopping not to shop at my store and I do not take care of issues. As he was finally leaving the shop he was loud, hostile, belligerent, profanity laced demands of me not taking care of his issues because I don't give his money back as he don't want to follow procedure of contacting the warranty company informed me that the delivery driver left a huge bright red scratch on one of the appliances with his dolly, when in fact if that was too happen [redacted] would notice it right off hand and informed me of that so we could take care of it since he did help the delivery driver take the set upstairs. Demanding the delivery drivers personal phone number, when I told [redacted] he does not take calls from customers and if there is a issue I will write a notice up and take care of the situation, that was NOT good enough for [redacted], he wanted the delivery drivers personal information and to know what the relationship between me and the delivery driver was. In fact the customer heard the whole thing with [redacted] and informed me [redacted] was very unprofessional and inappropriate especially since he said he was a small business owner while coming into another small business with such hostility. Once customers was no longer in the shop my helper informed me the whole time [redacted] was in the shop waiting for me to finish with my customer he was staring at her "mean mugging" her. When [redacted] contacted me Monday from the warranty company she stated when she contacted [redacted] he was hostile with her and had issues when she was going to send a technician out, being the holiday was that week, the technician they contract with was out of town and no other technicians was available until the following week [redacted] got hostile with her. I almost forgot, he also said the date on the receipt, of course it puts the date I print it out, not the contract date, for example if I was to print it out again today it would have todays date on it and not the date it was purchased.

Review: We purchased a washer and dryer from this establishment and it was to be delivered on Monday, April 15, 2013 between 5-9pm. They finally decided to call at ten minutes to 10pm to say they was running late. So when they got here at 11:30pm I was irritated. Then we purchased an electric dryer and we needed a gas dryer. They refused to take the dryer back with them. So on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 I went to pick out a gas dryer. I did that and they would deliver it on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 between 5-8pm. So they decided to call at ten minutes to 11pm. We work early in the morning and was in bed at this time. So now it is Thursday, April 18, 2013 and it's suppose to get delivered between 5-7pm. Let's see what happens, but I'm sure it won't happen. And when you call and talk to someone they put you on hold forever and then have an attitude about them messing up. I just ask to be the first one to deliver to and she couldn't do that. I feel after dealing with this for four days I should get some kind of courtesy.

Review: Purchased a used** Refrigerator from store but was not informed by the sales person the refrigerator did not function properly. Neither the ice maker nor the ice/water dispenser worked properly. Receipt indicated 6 month warranty but owner declined to fully repair the unit or grant refund. I took the owner to court and the Commissioner agreed with me and awarded me $458.31. Contacted the owner about the payment and he has refused to make payment arrangements.Desired Settlement: The business should honor the court ruling and pay the debt.

Review: Purchased washer under 6 month warranty. The hose that was connected to my washer was used as well as the hose they attached to it. The hose was worn and now has a hole in it. My initial call was June 21st for replacement of part. I gave new address and phone number. I was told repairmen would be out that day to replace hose. They didn't show. I gave them an extra day before calling again. I called Monday June 24th I was rushed off the phone when I tried to inquire what happened, when they were coming, and if they had the correct address and phone number. The person answering the phone was rude and short with me and told me they were coming Tuesday between 4-8pm. NO SHOW. I have made over 20 calls from June 21st to July 1st, I have been told every lie from "they had the wrong name, they went to the wrong address, they have to find the part, they have to order the part, they're coming tonight, the owner said he's gonna call you". Games. I figure they're waiting for my warranty to run out so they can charge me for another used hose. Poor customer service and the young ladies answering the phones have no clue about telephone etiquette.Desired Settlement: A call and apology from owner as well as the part replaced.

I [redacted] enter Nu 2 U Appliances store on April 1st 2013.I purchase a Stove,Washing machine, and Dryer.On April 2nd I called for delivery for the next day which would be Wednesday.My delivery time was for 5pm to 9pm.On Wednesday the delivery guys never showed up.On Thursday I went to Nu 2 u Applinces and asked what happen.The guy gave me story of why my appliances never showed up to my house.I was asked to find a another stove since the one I choose was damange.I did not see anything I like.I was told by a man that I would get a better stove on Thursday.On Thursday the delivery guys brought me a stove that I was not satified with.I asked for them to take it back.I called Nu 2 U appliance asked for my money back.The lady who told me she was a manager told me she would call me back once she ask her boss can I get my money back.Later that day I went in to the appliance store and talk to the owner James he told me the same thing about me getting a stove.On Friday I still have no stove.I went to the appliance store again and asked for my money back.The manager told me she was not giving me all my money I asked to speak to the owner she said the owner was not in at the time.I asked for his number she told me she was not giving me nothing.I asked her why she wont give me the phonenumber she told because she not.I asked the lady who is the manager is this how you guys do business and she said yes.I told the lady they is running a bad business and she said I know.I did get some of money back but not all and I feel that is wrong.Desired Settlement: I deserve to have all my money back since it was not my fault.I was not in no wrong.The appliance store need to handle their business better than what they are doing.Customer service could have been better.I did everything right and been patience with the people.I went to them on Monday and came Friday I still Had no stove.Nu 2 U is a bad business.

Review: They wont come out and fix their product. We've been trying for two weeks and they've been giving us the run around saying that they came which was after the time stated but they never showed and said they did. my daughter livs there and was there every time they said they were coming....Desired Settlement: we want our dryer fixed or replaced.

Review: I brought a fridge that stopped working properly withing months of purchasing it. After a week or 2 in the freezer a big hole burned thru and nothing can be put there. Now the fridge doesnt work and the freezer works like the bottom part is suppose to cold but not freeezing. I contacted them numerous times and went up there they were suppose to bring me a new one 3 times and never showed up. And now they are talking about not replacing it but seeing if it can be fixed. there is a big hole in the freezer how can that be fixed??Desired Settlement: I want a new fridge and I want my warrenty to start over considering that my old fridge start messing up right away in the beginning when I first got it. I wish they could replace the 400 dollars in food I lost but I know that probably wont happen considering I havent even gotten a new fridge yet.

Review: Requests made verbally Face to Face, numerous phone calls and finally Certified Express Letter (of which they REFUSED TO !ACCEPT, notice was left) to Have a Electric Dryer Removed from my home! This was consistantly requested Within their "7 Day Policy" however, though three different young adult females Supposedly Made the Proper Arrangements as well as stated Pickup will occur between 2 p.m. thru 9 p.m. For Next Seven Days. Date of Delivery was 2-04-13, REQUEST MADE for Item Return started on 2-06-13. It took multiple phone calls, Several On Site Face to Face requests, (my relative Digitally Recorded the last two visits) and finally with assistance from TMJ 4 Call 4 Action of whom were successful in getting an "physical response" from the above mentioned business.Desired Settlement: After TMJ 4 Call 4 Action got involved I received a "call from this business" within about 20 minutes for "pickup" same day she made the inquiry regarding the situation. Then I and a relative followed the truck back to their business on 50th & Capitol Drive. After a very disturbing conversation about the "amount due back to me, Minus the 15 % restocking fees", the female adult indicated "she didn't have the cash on hand". I was then told to Obtain my amount due, I had to travel to their main store on 19th Hampton Ave, Milwaukee. This was disppointing to say the Least, they were manipulative, displayings of Shady Practices and If I had not taken it upon myself to send my request for "PICKUP" via Express Overnight mail, they would not had given back my amount due as it was far beyond the "7 days return policy" for a cash refund. Totally dishonorable behaviors at BOTH Places of business and I had been more than reasonable each time, in every conversation. My suspicions were correct, they HELD Back in picking up this dryer Until After the "7 days" so that my Only Recourse would be Only a 30 day In Store Credit! Shameful! Though Additional expenses were incurred to make them finally "do the right thing", it was only AFTER the assistance from TMJ 4 Call To Action.

Review: I bought a refrigerator from [redacted] from NU2U Appliances for 399.99. I started having problems with in 2 months of my purchase. When I called to inform them of my issue that the frig wasnt getting cold they told me to unplug it and wait for an hour and then plug it back up and it should get cold again. They also informed me that this was normal. I believed them since it worked the first three times. Of course the "NU2U" Trick stop working for me and my frig wouldnt get cold anymore. When I called, I informed them that I been having issues and that, that "trick" isnt working anymore!! They told me that I was out of warranty and that I would have to pay 100.00 to have them come out! At this time I realized that they purposely pushed me out of my warranty!!! After threatening them that I would go to court and call contact 6 he replaced my frig and that one went out and then he gave me another one and that went out!! He refuses to give me my money back so that I can go buy a frig from a place that sells 'WORKING APPLIANCES"!!!!Desired Settlement: I WANT THIS TO BE FOR Revdex.com INFORMATION AND FOR HIM TO GIVE ME 900.00 ASAP TO REPLACE MY FRIG!

Review: I on Saturday August 3, 2013. I purchased a used whirlpool washer from NU2U Appliances for $180 cash. With the promise of delivery the following business day of Monday 05/2013. I have not received my washer and was unable to reach anyone at store location until Wednesday 07,2013. Customer service representative who answered call stated they had misplaced my washer and was not able to find it until that day. She also promised me a delivery for no later than 6pm that night. I have yet to receive my washer. The store avoided my calls all day sending me to voicemail. Finally someone pick up call and I informed her who I was and that I would like to speak with owner about a refund of my money. She stated they will call me back, no one never did. I finally contacted store and she stated owner said he will not return my money and I must take washer. This is unfair. I have waited 4days for a product that I never received , that was claimed to be lost and once I ask for my money back I am refused.Desired Settlement: I would hope to get all the money I paid for washer returned to me.

two options in resolution of this situation. (1) Take washer or (2) get in store credit. This information was supposedly

from Owner [redacted]. Whom I never spoken too or met. He wouldn't

take my calls. All conversation and transactions were completed with

sales representative who was emotional because owner wouldn't

take responsibility of situation and left her to

handle it. I just wanted to send you an update on this case. They finally delivered the washer on 08/09/13 @ 6 p.m.. I still think this business should be reprimanded. Owner never personally spoke to me. I feel he did not handle the issue in

a professional manner to be a business owner. Thank you for your time.

I thought that this was a well run business. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. The delivery team was on time and polite, and when one of the appliances developed a small problem the technician was scheduled the next business day at a time that was convenient for me. The technician showed up on time and was fast and knowledgeable he came prepared to fix the items that were inexpensive. All in all this team did a great job !!

Review: Customer services first off is not at all plasent, Have not yet fixed my appliance. Have called time and time again still not fixed. The customer services rep called and made thaeats to me about the appliance, won't get fixed if I kept on calling. My refrigerator is going out, its making lots of noise and I can't get any help from them. My washer and dryer still have not been fixed. It seems all my things I bought from them are all going down hill. I feel as if they took my money and won't fix my thngs. And its been less then a year since I bought my appliance...Desired Settlement: New dryer and refrigerator

People are always complaining that the prices are too high, and looking for some sort of damage and reason to complain to get a discount or something for free.... FREE!!FREE!! FREE!!! Its the American Way!!!! The store is called "Nu 2 U"--this means that the merchandise/products are USED and its New to YOU because YOU have never owned it!!! I purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator AND a stove from this company on 3 seperate occasions. YES the products were used, again it is a USED APPLIANCE STORE but they were in A-1 working condition... I didint care to see a blemish here, a scratch there or a small dent....I was looking for a good quality, working product not a "Cute Display" After approx. 10 months I did have a problem with my refrigerator not getting cold but the owner personally came to my home to repair it AND IT WAS WAY OUT OF WARRANTY! then approx. a month later he called me just to make sure it was Still working properly!!! Talk about standing behind your product and going above and beyond your agreement, terms and conditions just to keep a customer happy... I Don't think BestBuy or any other company have that sort of customer Service going on!

Bottom line: If you're looking for a cute, shiny, top dollar DISPLAY and have $500-$1k+ to spend on appliances go to Best Buy, American or Home Depot.....But if you are looking for a product that is in great working condition, fits your budget and does it's job! THIS is the place to go!!! I have referred 5 friends, 3 relatives and 4 co-workers here and any of them have YET to complain!!!! GREAT JOB NU 2 U!!!! KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!! and with the type of customer service, and professionalism that I have experienced you will have many stores all over the globe!!!

Review: I purchased a refurbished refridgerator from Nu 2 U Appliance in April of 2012. The fridge would not get cold on the bottom and only got as cold as the fridgerator part should get in the freezer. I called the business and talked to the manager whose name is [redacted]. They sent out a repair man to look at the fridge who Stated that the Fridge had a " restriction in the coils " so I was able to swap it out for another one when I received the 2nd fridge it had the same problem. I called and again I spoke to [redacted] who sent out the same repair man who again told me there was a restriction in the coils . and that I could come and pick out another refridgerator, which I did. The 3rd refridgerator worked for about a month and a half before I had to call [redacted] again this refridgerator stopped getting cold in the top and the bottom [redacted] told me to unplug the refridgerator and that he would come by the next day and take a look at the refridgerator which he did and he stated that the fridge was " low in freion" . I didn't have to go pick the next refridgerator out because he said that he would send me " a good one" I got the fridge at about 12:30pm on friday the 27 th of July, the delivery man told me to plug the fridge up at 5pm which I did and the next morning I discovered that again it was not getting cold on the bottom and only as cold as the refridgerator should be on the bottom I also noticed that roaches were coming from the refridgerator. I again called and talked to [redacted] at this point he started to accuse me of plugging the refridgerator up too early and that I had to be doing something to them for them not to work properly. He still again sent out the same repair man to service this refridgerator. He again stated that there was a restriction in the coils I asked him what would be thecause of that happening and his responds was that the delivery people had to be banging them around too much during the delivery process and it shocks the system. I again talked to [redacted] and asked him about yet another fridgerator which at this time he refused to send out because it would be my 5th refridgerator from them since April he also told me that I had to wait 7 days to get my money back and to date I have not recieved my refund nor a new refridgerator. Everytime I call and ask to speak to the owner I'm told that he's not available and that I have to speak to [redacted] because he is the " manager." There is a six month warranty on the refridgerator and they refuse to replace or repair itDesired Settlement: I would like to have a refund so that I can get a refridgerator that works as it should. I would no longer like to have to deal with this company
