Review: I am on the board with Jade Gardens. Was looking for a set stove & fridge. found one pair at NU 2 U. Had [redacted] go and pay for it. and it was delivered at 9:00 pm. Now they did not use a dolly and draged the appliances across the floor tearing the tile. The fridge dose not level out as they lost a leg during delivery. They came out took pictures and keep telling me they will be out on Sat to fix the floor and fridge. Well its been 1 month now and nothing done. I would never use them again and do not reccomend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: Just looking for the repair as promissed.

Review: I bought a refrigerator from this company and it stop working!! It wont get cold and the owner is impossible to communicate with!! He is so rude!! His delivery drivers also ripped my kitchen floor during the time they delivered my refrigerator. When I called the business to inform them that my refrigerator wasnt getting cold I was told to unplug it and wait a couple of hours and then plug it back it and it should get cold and it worked. I was told that it was normal for this to happen when a person keeps there settings high like I was doing. So in others words they were saying it was my fault this was happening. So I lowered my temps to make sure it didnt happen again and of course it did happen! The frig stop getting cold again so I utilized the trick they taught me again and it worked. So for months go by and it happened again! OMG this time it wouldnt get cold anymore and now Im out my warranty. I called them and they refused to help me unless I paid a $100 dollars and that was just for them to come out and look at it. I didnt trust them so I called sears out to look at it and sears informed me that the trick they were telling me to do was a clear sign that my compressor was going out on my refrigerator and they felt this company was intentionally having me do the "unplug trick" to push me out of my warranty. This was crazy because after sears looked at my frig I was told that it would cost over $900 to get it fixed. I informed the owner of the problem I was experiencing and after a week he brought me a loaner that went out as well!! I lost a lot of food as well!! He called his self fixing my refrigerator after he picked up the loaner and it did not work!!! He then brought me another refrigerator and took mines and it did not work!!!Desired Settlement: I want my $900.00 that is owed to me asap

Review: [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] went to Nu2u on [redacted], to purchase a used whirlpool washer for $159.20 with tax $8.92, the total all together was $168.12, to be delivered on Friday March 1st, 2013 between 5-9pm. On Friday March 1st ,2013 9:30pm Nu2u delivered a whirl pool washing machine to address [redacted], which was not the one we had ordered, [redacted] told Nu2u it was not the right washer and Nu2u responded and said we can't take it and left it, On March 2,2013 [redacted] called Nu2u and told them that they delivered the wrong washer, Nu2u told [redacted] that they would pick it up and bring the right one on March 4,2013 between 5-9pm they did not show up on March 4,2013. March 5,2013 Nu2u was called again no answer. On March 6,2013 [redacted](daughter in law) went to Nu2u on [redacted]. and [redacted] walked in to Nu2u and saw that the washing machine that [redacted] bought and paid for was sitting in the same spot from when she purchased it, [redacted] spoke with the lady that wrote up the reciept and [redacted] pointed the washing machine out to her and she told [redacted] that she will switch it out and put [redacted] name on it. The lady from Nu2u put [redacted] name on the washing machine and told [redacted] that it would be delivered Monday March 11th, 2013 between 5-9pm. On March 11th 2013 Nu2u did not bring the Washing machine, [redacted] called delivery driver#[redacted] and he told me that he did not have an order for [redacted] and proceeded to give [redacted] another delivery driver number which is [redacted] called and asked him did he have an order for Long and he responded give me a second because I'm outside of someone house [redacted] hung up, the delivery driver # [redacted] called [redacted] and asked her what was She looking for [redacted] told him that she had a order for a whirlpool washing machine that was suppose to be delivered on March 11th,2013 between 5-9pm and it did not come at all, the delivery driver #1 told me to call you because you had [redacted] order delivery driver # 2 said they was lying and to call delivery driver #1 and tell him he is lying. [redacted] returned to Nu2u on [redacted] on Tuesday March 12th,2013 between 3-4pm and spoke with a Light skinned young lady and she was being very polite she was helping [redacted] and she called the manager name Sheila and she spoke with her and she told [redacted] that the manager said [redacted] would have to wait until Thursday 14th,2013 to get the washer delivered. [redacted] told her she needed it delivered Tuesday March 12th,2013, and the lady said they can not deliver it today and [redacted] said well Nu2U can give me my money back, the lady said its after 7days and I could not get the money back, [redacted] asked why she could not get the money back from the washing machine [redacted] purchased and not the one Nu2u gave her, which was not the washing machine that was bought and paid for on February 28,2013.Desired Settlement: [redacted] wishes to have $168.12 or the washing machine that was bought and paid for and a Apology from Nu2u.

Review: I went and purchased a refrigerator on Nov 1 at 2pm the company advertisement says same day delivery. I was informed that they could not deliver on the same day but I would receive my product on Nov 2 between the hours of 4-8. On Nov 2 I called the store at 4:30pm and talked to a gentlemen who told me that I would receive my refrigerator between the hour of 4-8. I informed the gentlemen that I was going grocery shopping was he sure that the refrigerator was coming he said yes he was sure. I called the store several times that evening after six I got no answer and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a massage. I did not receive a call or no one showed up I waited until 10:30pm. I went to the store at 11:08am when the store opened I talked to the lady that I brought the refrigerator from I asked her for my money back because I did not receive my product she told me "I would have to pay a restocking fee because I cancelled I told her I did not cancel I lost 150 worth of meat due to not receiving a phone call or getting my product she said its on the receipt I told her their advertisement says same day delivery she said you cant prove it I told her that I wanted my money could I speak to the owner she told me no I had to keep calling the store I asked her who was going to pay for my food she informed me that a lot of people did not receive there product and that the drivers were in an accident I asked her why didn't we receive a phone call or anything she said only thing she could do is deliver it today. I asked again what am I going to do about my meat she said she does not know.Desired Settlement: I just went to the store to buy groceries I spent about 150 dollars on meats and refrigerator products. I want the store to take responsibility for their actions I would have understood if I would have received a phone call the store does not want to take responsibility for any wrong doing and I am out of meats for the month.

Review: I bought a washer & dryer last year in May of 2013. First I was given a delivery date time they did not show up on the schedule date. Once they finally arrive later on I tried to use the dryer it did not work at all. So I had to wait weeks before I got a working one after making so many attempts to get a refund. I have a year warranty on the dryer that went out within few months. Now I have been scheduling so many appointments for their maintenance to repair it no one never shows up. I consistently keep getting the run around from their customer service where they keep wanting me to schedule for someone to come between 5-9pm when no one never shows up to do the work. Right now it has been over 5 months that this dryer has not been working at all.Desired Settlement: what I paid for the dryer plus loss wages from work sitting around waiting for workers to show up and they don't I could have been at work on these several occasion they was scheduled to fix it.

Review: I purchased a used stove and used refrigerator from the store, and was advised that it would be delivered Monday, November, 4th between 5pm-9pm. They did not call, or arrive until 10:20pm. I was given no notice that they would be late. Additionally, the stove was not as it appeared in the store. the sides of the top portion of the stove were completely missing.Desired Settlement: I would prefer for a callback from the owner explaining why it's a practice to arrive at someone's house after the stated deliver time, and far into the night. Additionally, I want a missing parts to my stove.

Bad service and appliances both locations are bad for busniess

Review: On October 26th 2013 I went into this store and purchased a stove and refrigerator that was suppose to get delivered Monday October 28, 2013. Well I waited all night until the delivery guy called me at exactly 9pm which was suppose to be the cut off time for deliveries because they say their delivery hours are from 5pm-9pm. So I waited an extra 30 mins and I laid down. They came out after I went to bed so the next day I called for my delivery and I didnt get an answer for a whole 3 days. So when I finaly talk to them they said that I will be getting my appliances the next day. So when they actually came my fridge didnt work and the stove kept cutting off. I have 3 kids so this was a big dissappointment. So when I called them again to come out they said they will send a technician out. Again I waited but no show so when I called them again they said that he came out at 9pm. They gave me alot of run around for a whole 3 wks. They dont stick with the 5pm to 9pm because when they came a 4th time to switch them out it was 11pm. Even that fridge didnt work and the stove they switched me out to was a lot older than the one I purchased before. My refrigerator has a shortage in it and to tell you guys the truth I just want my money back all $563.00 of it for the incovience and the quality of my purchase.Desired Settlement: I am stuck with appliances I dont want

Review: I purchased a used washer machine with a 6 month service warranty on 2-21-13.The wsaher was delivered to my house the next night at 10:00 pm by two delivery men from the NU2U Appliance store.One of the men was making passes at me and smelled like alcohol.I went back to the store and told the sale's lady about the situation that happened during my delivery. She said that she had recieved another complaint regarding him doing the same thing during another delivery, and she would take care of the situation.On 3-4-13 I started noticing my washer wasn't spinning or rinsing on the final cycle. So I called the store on 3-8-13, and was told by a lady who answered the phone, that a service repair man would come out to my home and fix the washer machine the next day.Which was on 3-9-13. I waited all day and nobody ever showed up.So I called the store back that monday ( 3-11-13 ) and spoke to Kenya the store manager.Who said I was misinformed on the dates. She then said the service man would be out today and I will be the first stop . The service man Mike called me at 8:29 pm and said he would be at my house in 30 minutes to service my washer machine. He called me back at 9:25 pm and said he was on his way to my house. I told him I am uncomfortable with you coming this late to my house.I have not heard anything else from the store regarding servicing or replace my washer machine. I am very displeased with their service,products and employees.Desired Settlement: I would like replacement washer machine that works with a new 6 month warranty deliveried at a resonable time of day.

Review: I purchased a used refigerator and stove for my rental property at [redacted], on Feb 25th 2013. The owner said he woould give a deal for landlords and said if I purchased a side by side refigerator he would knock $40 off purchase price. So I purchased a white side by side refigerator and a white gas stove. I advised the owner I had a tenant moving in on Friday March 1st and I needed the appliances delivered before then. I had a delivery scheduled for Wed Feb 27th 2013 between the hours of 5pm and 9pm which was fine with me. That appointment was rescheduled to Wed Feb 28th between 5pm an 9pm because of the snow storm. First off the deliver men did not show up to the house until 9:30 which is totally unprofessional, They advised me not to plug the refigerator or stove up until the next day. I had my handyman plug the refigerator and stove up and he stated that the stove pilots will not lite. I called back to n2u and she advised the tech will be out sat Marc 2nd 2013 between 5pm and 7pm to fix the problem...no one ever showed up.. On Sunday Mar 3rd I get a private call( which I dont answer) and he left a vm stating he could come out that day, which never happened because I didnt hear the vm until late that night, On Mon Mar 4th I talked to someone at nu2you and she stated the tech will be out between 7&8pm to fix the stove.. he did not come out until 8;30 and was not able to fix and told my tenant he will be out the next day Mar 5th to fix.. again he was a no call no show. My tenant talked to the owner/tech and he told her he would be out Mar 6th between 7&9pm again he was a no show.Desired Settlement: I would like for this stove be get fixed since he states that all his appliances carries a one year warranty. And I would like a refund for the full amunt of the stove or at least half for all the times I had to drive all the way over there and wait and they never show. This company needs to be shut down

Review: I purchased a refurbished refrigerator from the company and they sold me defective mechandise. Upon my complaint of the problem I have received the run-around regarding my complaint and have not received either a refund or replacement products and it has been over a week.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive my replacement product as agreed upon or I would like to recieve a full refund for the purchase as soon as possible.

Review: I am a 70 year old woman. On July 20th 2012 my daughter took me to this business, Nu 2 Appliances on 50th and capitol in Milwaukee,WI. I purchase a used stove which I was well aware with a 1 year warranty. On June 28 th 2013 (within warranty) My daughters and young great grandson came to my house and smelled a strong odor of gas. I immediately left the house and called We energies they came out and told me as well as wrote a slip stating that my oven had an internal leak on range @ manifold and oven valve which had to be there for a while.. Very large leak.(WE energies reported) They proceeded to turn it off and disconnected at capped line. They gave me the form. My daughter took it took the business and they informed us that they would come out and repair the item needed.The repairman came out put on a valve and said it was fixed. Two days later July 1st I had another smell of strong gas. Again called WE energy and for the second "time they wrote "range burner passing when off oven valve leaking. leaks need to be repaired by professional not just connected.another slip saying the problem was not fixed. so Again went back there talked to the manager showing a second slip provided by We energy and again WA TOLD SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT.. Another attempt made on July 9th to see why no one showed employee had no answer and assured me some one would come out on July 9th. No one showed on July 9th and the manager had no reason why . She made phone calls to the person who was to answer and got no response. Then guaranteed me that some one would be there July 10th 2013. WE ask for a refund minus the 15% restocking fee which we thought was reasonable they denied Stating "policy"SDesired Settlement: REFUND MINUS 15% RESTOCKING FEE

Review: I purchased a used stove. After a month or so there were problems with the oven not turning off completely. I contacted the store, spoke with the manager Emelia, who explained that it was the weekend and a repair person would be out the following Monday because my warranty was not expired. When I called Monday to verify a specific time...I was told that they knew nothing of my situation or what I was talking about. So I called the other location to get it straightened out. When the repair man,[redacted], finally came at 10 pm Monday night, he told me he couldn't fix the problem. He also stated that I could exchange my stove because fixing it could take some time because parts may need to be ordered, and that he would relay the information the same night and they would be in contact first thing in the morning. I received no call, so I called them. This time the young man told me he can't do anything, I will have to speak back with [redacted]. In the meanwhile, I have paid full asking price for the stove, I have not used it in 5 days, I still do not know if they are going to exchange it or repair it because my calls are not being returned and I can not leave a voicemail, and my life is being inconvenienced because I have to buy food for me and three children when I have food that can be cooked if my stove was working. Now I have to pay a cab and hope that the manager is available and at that location! This place has bad customer service because nobody is communicating the customers needs to fellow staff. They are also not honoring their warranty because my stove has not been fixed or replaced.Desired Settlement: I just want a working stove. Either repaired or exchanged in a timely manner.

I had horrible service with this company my things were delivered at 2 a.m.Then the next morning when I finally go to use the machine it doesn't even work. I was told some one would come out and fix it then soon after he left both machines stop working then I go to the store to get a refund and I was told because it was past there 7 day policy which this by time they decided to help me was the 8th day. But they told me that I could not get my money back and that I could only exchange the product which is silly because if that one didn't work why would I want anything else from this store for that not to work as well. No thanks so then I was told that I could get my money back when they picked up there products which was fine by me but then they never show up til there store closes that way they can have there products back but you can't get your money back until the next day. Now I still have no money back and they still giving me the run around about it. This store has the worst customer service ever and then they are very unorganized they have a lot of people working but no one knows whats going on in the whole 2 stores they have I have been told twice by this company oh, they forgot to put the order in to get the stuff fixed now they forgot to put an order in to pick the stuff up. Wow, I have never seen such messy business in my life. I will never go to company's like this again.

On 12/24 I thought I would get my wife a stove for her birthday for $230. two weeks went buy and the oven stop working I asked if a tech could come out,and he did but he said I had to talk to the owner for another one. Nothing was done about another stove,or my money. I never thought I would get a peice of junk figureing that the owner was my brother.I SEEN CUSTOMERS DONE LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME,I USE TO MANAGE CAPITOL STORE, SO CUSTOMERS BEWARE, I FEEL YOUR PAIN. OLD 2 them,nu2u.

I purchased a stove from Nu 2 U Appliances and it was full of Roaches. I tried speaking with the Owner [redacted] and he was very rude and did not want to listen to what I had to say. I explained to him I recently move into the home and had never used the stove. Once I turned the oven on for the first time, roaches started running from behind the stove. He stated all sales are final no matter what. I also explained to him the oven would not get hot for at least 1 1/2 hours, not to mentioned the over door was broke and the manager on duty told me it would take a week for someone to come out. [redacted] said they get their appliances from Sears and he know for a fact that there were no roaches in the stove.

Purchased a washer & dryer from Nu2U appliance & discovered that the wash machine was missing the screws that held the back in place. The dryer is also missing two levelers. Called the business & have been promised that they would send someone on three different occasions resulting in a "no-show" each time.
