It is clear that this company receives so many complaints that they have a stock answer they send every time without even reading complaintsI made clear in my original complaint that their "we were attempting to deliver a gift" excuse is a complete lie and nothing more than a flimsy attempt to appear legitimateThey could not even be bothered to read my complaint or respond in any wayThey used deceitful tactics to get a hold of my phone number which they then immediately sold to numerous businesses for advertising purposesThey've now removed my number from their database, which is patheticThey've already done what they intended to do with their dishonestly obtained information: they have made a profit off of their deliberately trickery and now their idea of "responding" is to tell me to answer the dozens of phone calls I am receiving (phone calls I am receiving only because they deceitfully obtained AND SOLD my info!) and tell each individual company to stop calling meThis is not an apologetic response or even the slightest attempt to make right their very nearly fraudulent activitiesI will be getting phone calls for months now trying to get each company to stop callingIf they were not a company that is operating by intentionally deceiving people and using gods only know what loopholes to call it legal, they would make a legitimate attempt to rectify thisThey sold my info, they should know who they sold it toIt is their duty to contact each individual company and request they remove my name and infoTelling me that I need to do that AFTER I've already been contacted with annoying sales calls is not a response and even more clearly shows how little this company care about anything other than making a profit off of stolen info. Their "response" is completely unacceptableUntil and unless they contact the companies they sold my info to and get them to stop calling me, I will not consider this complaint resolved

made calls to Current Plus Electric in regards to the cancel request, on the 5th call she did reach James and he directed her to contact Candice.On M** 4, Aimee I*** of *** Promotions called Candice and left a message

Thank you for your responseUnfortunately, I called nuHome in June to remove my informationThey were nice about and said they would (I stated this in my original complaint)Please do not copy and paste a generic response next time The calls have not stopped even though my information was "removed" in JuneIf the calls had stopped, I would not have submitted this complaintWhen I still receive calls, I ask the caller how they got my numberThey are very clear that they got it from nuHome

*** *** does not appear in any of our company records. Ms *** may have filed this claim against the wrong company

I do not accept the response by the company because my information should not have been made available to other telemarketers without my active permission - not the swarmy tiny-type passive permission on the noticeThis is a scam. If it was on the level and had no other purpose than to extend offers, your driver could have left the unwanted "gift card package" without the phony "SORRY WE MISSED YOU - PLEASE CALL TO ARRANGE DELIVERY" which is clearly designed to minic a real delivery service to obtain my personal phone number by deceit to make money. Therefore, I feel the company should contact the telemarketers and ask them to remove my phone number to make me somewhat whole

Client signed a month agreement with a 2/term that means it was months on us and months on them for $per monthThey have requested a cancellation with the sales rep in January no proof of cancellation via email or text on recordI have attempted to selvage the account to walk away
