1. The URL listed on the doortag is invalid (DOES NOT EXIST)2. Door tag does not identify the host company or clearly reflect that they are a "SALES" company.3. They are posing as a delivery service with a package (there was no package left, or attempted to be delivered in my case)4. "Please call" number meant to get you to give permission to receive future marketing from them and the people they sell your information to not deliver a package.5. Dialed phone number does not identify their company or allow you to request that you are removed from their calling lists.6. Automatically authorizing by dialing number indicates a "wrong number" gives permission for personal info to be sold.7. Multiple requests for no further contact have been ignored.Hence, their response to me. Is not accurate, honest, or a clear reflection of their business practices.  Even if they have finally put me on their do not contact list, numbers 1-5 above are still true.  They are using unethical business practices.

nuHome Promotions has removed the  [redacted] name and number from our database.  We will not contact them again.  We are in the process of trying to improve our marketing outreach to our valued consumers.  We appreciate the feedback.

Please be advised my staff has placed Mr. [redacted] on the DNC list.  Should Mr [redacted] have any additional problems with unwanted  calls  please contact our compliance department.

NuHome Promotions appreciates you bringing your concern to our attention; however, this is a Metro Delivery issue.  Metro Delivery is a delivery service for NuHome Promotions.  We will pass your comments and review over to the Metro Delivery company.

I do not accept this response. Metro Delivery continued to deliver "Sorry, we missed you!"notices on my door even after the welcome package was delivered. They only stopped putting notices on my door after I called the phone number (because that's what they were really after.) This is a fraudulent company. I receive at least one phone call per day from the companies that they sold my information to. So I have to get each company to stop calling me one-by-one? These telemarketing companies are calling me while I'm in meetings at work, and I'm unable to answer the phone and tell them to stop calling me.Also, I want a true apology, not some canned response from their company. Lastly, if they won't remove my information from the companies that it was sold to, then I want a list of all the companies that purchased my information so that I can report them to the FCC and block their phone numbers on my phone.

[redacted] is not affiliated with nuHome. [redacted] delivered a welcome package to the new homeowner. That welcome package included restaurant certificates. We did not charge the customer any fees for our services.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.However, I would like to note, that I never received a "Welcome Box" (and I do not wish to receive this Welcome Box), but the company representative said that it should have been delivered, thus I still believe the company is misrepresenting itself.  Additionally, I specifically told the sales representative that I did not want/need to be contacted by any vendor for pest control or home security and I received two phone calls yesterday from vendors trying to sell me these services.  I told these vendors that my number had been given out against my express wishes and I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, and furthermore, to remove me from any call/email/contact list they have.I will consider this complaint resolved if I do not receive any further contact from nuHome or their affiliates.
