Not able to access services I paid for when I filed my returnNo one is responding to my messages about this concern I filed my taxes in Los Angeles with [redacted] on April 17, During the tax prep, I paid $for credit repair services, in which she stated they could guarantee my credit going up pointsLong story short, my tax return was delayed due to the IRS needing to verify my identity[redacted] responded to all of my tax concerns prior to my finally getting my return deposited to my accountNow, after my return has been deposited (and she got paid, I'm sure), she is no longer responding to me and no one from the website is replying to my emails or phone callsMy problem is that I am not able to access the $service that I paid forIn my account, it's showing that I am a member of the service and lists all of the benefits of having that service, but it's also showing that my membership expired on April (the same day I filed my taxes)I just want to acces

Nu Republic is a very dynamic business that has great servicesI am a customer for taxes and the credit services and I can tell you now that I am in a much better space than I was a couple years agoThe customer service was very helpful has been very helpful since I let them handle my financesI got more money back on my taxes, nothing is unaccounted for and my credit score is much better now! I recommend this business to anyone who needs a business they can depend on for financial services
