Tax return was prepared and submitted before I signed anything okaying services and I was charged extremely high
I was referred to a tax preparer that works for this companyI submitted my information through e-mail to the gentlemen and I was told I would get an email or text message through my smart phone to sign authorizationsI received an email 2-13-at 11pm saying my tax return was acxepted and acknowledged by the IRS as well as my state returnThen I received an email to sign the authorizations on Monday 2-15-that's when I noticed I was charged nearly $for the serviceI would have neve allowed this service to be completed for that priceI have yet to receive any paperwork breaking down the costs and fees all th preparer can tell me is it's so high due to all the forms he had to useI think that's a load of crap and they need to be reported and future clients need to be warned of this nonsense and their unethical practices

The staff at Nurepublic are quick, easy, informative and helpful They got me deductions that I did not know I could take as a contractor I dread doing my taxes every year They made this year pleasurable! Thank you for a wonderful experience and a bigger tax return!

I filed my taxes with Nu Republic on March 25, I was told to recieve a refund around my rep was named Candace I spoke with her via email and phone at [email protected] (404)394-She asked if I wanted to sign up for their Business credit special for small business I agreed and that money will be taken from my refund of $I was then told once I recieve my refund then I will be given information for building my profile with the business creditAlthough I have recieved my refund I have not heard back from the company since my last contact on 3/25/I contacted *** on 5/10/via emailI then contacted the business next day 5/11/at (844) 868-I left a message with an operator and was told that they will get back with meOn 5/12/I texted at (404)394-I recieved no replayI then called

This is not a company that you would want to do business withBusiness practices are unethical; and they are ok with running their business that wayPlease save yourself the headache, you can give your money to Liberty or HR Block and come out cheaper than this company who charges $-$per return; not including filing fees; those are just the prep fees

Very professional and helpful staff They helped me get back every last penny that I had coming to me from the IRS I will refer all of my family and friends to this business I wish there were more honest, concerned, compassionate like those at NUREPUBLIC

I filed my taxes with this company and on the check advice all of my refund was not transmitted to my account as it stated, only a portion of it wasI will never use this company again fees are too high and it takes too long for anyone to respond

Well I was told I was getting then was told then was told then got paid I had a dependent and also worked all year and had losses they told me all kinds of things and only paid that I have a wnow and also I feel they owe me they didn't give me a government check they gave a cashiers check she didn't give me paperwork until I picked up the funds nor couldn't reply on e-mail they gave me
