Customer Name: [redacted] MrsP [redacted] signed up for our 14-day trial for two of our productsOur website states at the time of ordering, the terms of the offer, which include a monthly auto ship of the products if not cancelled within the trial period of daysWe have many customers who enjoy the timely, discrete delivery of our quality product to their door step monthlyMrs [redacted] contacted customer service on 09/14/Customer service advised of how the program worked and attempted to provide discounts on monthly shipments for the product offered, which Mrs [redacted] declinedCustomer service proceeded to cancel the subscription in effort to resolve the issue.Regardless of the fact that we disclose the terms of the offer, we want to resolve the customer’s request under the circumstances they may have overlooked the terms of the offerOn 09/26/we have refunded $ [redacted] (for the charges $ [redacted] & $ [redacted] from September) as requested in the complaint by the customer and they should appear as a credit on the card used account in 3-days depending on their card issuerIn summary, the customer has now the requested charges from our company fully refundedAlso, the customer will not receive any more products.We do not want any product returned, they are for the customer to keep and use if they so desire.In addition, we are no longer offering new trials of this product in California nor any other state due to customer feedback.Thanks

Their reply is NOT completely accurate and disregards the fact that they charged me BEFORE my day trial period was upI was charged days from the SHIPPING DATE, that in itself is fraud because I did not RECEIVE it the same day it was shipped, therefore they are conducting fraudulent business practicesAnd they do not disclose the actual price initially, that's why I sent my email requesting a price in the first place !Yes, they offered me a reduced price on FUTURE shipments, and of course I declined, I didn't want the first one so why would I want any future orders? Seems as though in addition to unfair business practices, they also are not overloaded with intelligent individuals either. I guess as long as they are allowed to conduct their business in this manner they will make an awful lot of money off of a lot of unsuspecting individuals as myself.Not satisfied but I realize you can't force companies to be fair

Customer service advised of how the program worked and attempted to provide discounts on monthly shipments for the product offered, which Mrs. [redacted] declined. Customer service proceeded to cancel the subscription in effort to resolve the issue.Regardless of the fact that we disclose the terms of the offer, we want to resolve the customer’s request under the circumstances they may have overlooked the terms of the offer. On 10/02/2017 we haverefunded $273.51(from September and August charges) and they should appear as a credit onthe card used account in 3-5 days depending on their card issuer. Also, we have sent a check to yourHome address with the remaining amount of $94.57(from August charges), that bring a total refund of $353.88(from September and August charges). Because her account has been cancelled, Mrs. [redacted] will not receive any future products or charges. We do not want any product returned, they are for the customer to keep and use if they so desire. In summary, the customer has now the requested charges from our company fully refunded. Also, the customer will not receive any more products. In addition, we are no longer offering new trials of this product in California nor any other state due to customer feedback. Thanks
