We did receive a cancellation on 9/2/2015 which is the 15th day as our terms do state...

that the initial trial period begins the date of order submission and if more time is needed, to call our customer support. As a courtesy, we have issued a full credit in the amount of $96.90 to Mr. [redacted]'s account. This refund should appear within the next 3-5 business days. We do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.

As a consumer, I got caught up in a bait and switch advertising scam. While reviewing my email, I received what I thought to be a free coupon for 2 free cups of Star Bucks coffee. When I selected the link within the coupon, I was immediately taken to the NuFinity site where they were offering consumers an opportunity to purchase a sample of their product. Well, of course, the price was right for a sample, and the company claimed their product would make a difference in a short period of time. When I completed the order form, believing that I would be charged $4.98 for what I ordered, the very next screen indicated that the product I ordered should be used with another product, which they conveniently displayed on their next screen for an additional $4.98. The site prompted me to go to the next screen, but I never had an opportunity to refuse the order. Well, the product arrived very quickly; however, today, when I looked over my bank statement, I noticed two charges for over $98 each from this company. I immediately contacted them and was informed that the sample I purchased for $4.98 was only the trial price for 18 days, and that because the products were received and not returned within that period of time, I would be charged the full price for these items. I wanted to report this to Revdex.com because I really don't want other consumers to be taken advantage of. I missed the obviously very small print that others could easily miss too, which could end up being very costly.

We believe in complete customer satisfaction, a refund was processed for the amount of $197.94 back to the bank account used to place the initial trial order. Refunds are typically addressed within 2 to 3 days to ensure proper customer service. An offer on line to try a skin cream for only $5.00 shipping costs has the hidden agenda of charging you $100 for one ounce of their product. You can not "unclick" the order so I mistakenly got both an eye cream and face cream for which they not only charged me $200, but put me on a monthly plan for the same products at $200 each month. I was totally unaware of this (though they declare it is on their website, must be in micro print) and could not return the product for a refund. They give you 30 days from the time the order is placed. You receive the product ten or more days later, doesn't show on your statement until the 30 days has passed and you are stuck! Avoid this company at all costs! Who in their right mind would purchase face cream for $100 an ounce!
