[The principal problem I have with the response is that the Company makes it sound as if I accepted a Trial usage of their product(s), when this was not the case. They lured me in, I feel, by making their product appear to be a gift that was being provided for filling out a satisfaction survey about a buying service. At no time was I aware of the conditions that they claim were clear and straightforwardly referenced. I am okay with the resolution of the problem, at least going forward, but don't feel as if I should be paying for ANY products, as they were presented as a free gratuity]

As of today, October 31, there are still charges on my credit card statement from Nuluxe. As I have stated previously my initial order was placed and disappeared before I had a chance to review or commit. As soon as I entered my credit card number the screen disappeared. So I was quite surprised when my samples showed up at a cost of $7.95. That has been paid by me through my credit card company. I did not have knowledge of their day period whereas if you did not like the "TRAIL SIZE" you were to returned them. Nor did I have the knowledge the "TRAIL SIZE" would cost me $and $after the day "Trail Period". Seeing these charges on my statement I called Nuluxe and was informed of a second shipment coming, and that was also on my credit card. So here I sit, with close to $of charges from Nuluxe.I have looked at Revdex.com's listing for Nuluxe. They have a rating of "F", with many, many complaints of the same nature. There is something very wrong here. I will not be satisfied until Nuluxe takes all charges off my credit card, and when I see there will not be any future charges to my credit card. Regards, *** ***

Again, there was no clear terms for the return of product in box with the productNot clear that you would be charged quadruple for the product if not returned within daysWho the hell gets results in days for a beauty productThose who don't need itWhat are they doing to prevent the swindling of the next customer?
