The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. Thank you.
