I ordered one bottle of Zytenz supplement, and was offered a second bottle for 5.00 which was apparently a mistake. I immediately checked my credit card balance after completing the order, and found that I was charged for three bottles, with no reference to the %.00 bottle which was offered. I immediately attempted to stop the order, but was informed by the bank that I could not do that, that I would have to resolve the issue with the company. When I went to the Revdex.com site, the very first complaint is exactly the same, but a different supplement. I am doubly offended that this product is highly recommended by "Men's Health" on line. I would like to see this company exposed as the scam which it obviously is.

I ordered the Apidren to give it a try, I'm currently waiting for the product. My complaint is when I placed the order they offered me an additional bottle for 5 dollars more, I thought we'll sure then I can really give it a fair try, good deal???? When I accepted the offer it ran my order immediately before I could check it and charged me over 100 dollars, that's not what they advertised. When I called customer service, I got a recording stating they were closed for the day because it was a holiday, October 12 isn't a holiday. I'm really disappointed with the company so far.

I placed my order over a week ago, only ever received one email saying thank you for your order, no confirmation #, never received anything saying it was being shipped so.I started to have concerns at that point. 3 days after I placed the order I began trying to contact customer service. Even chose the option several times to get a call back from CS once a representative became available--no such luck. About 5 days of no contact, no idea what the status of my order was or if there was one--I sent several emails. The emails only allow about 2 sentences to be typed, I had to send about 6-7 in order to detail my entire complaint. At this point, I honestly believed the company was a scam. They make it impossible to reach customer service, still not even an email saying they received my messages to them thru their website. As I started filing a complaint with your company today, I also called Diet Pill Universe again because I knew I'd be on wait and they once more would most likely not answer. Once I did the company search through your site, I saw other complaints filed with the company along the same lines of people not being able to reach their CS and having refund issues. Sure enough, somebody finally answered. Tells me the pills will be here either today or tomorrow but I have been trying to have the order cancelled since almost a week ago, but was unable to reach anyone. I told her have the shipment stopped, I don't want anything thru the company (which I wasn't sure they could do, but I had to try). She said I had to give the package right back to the mail courrier, then file a refund once returned. I understand that policy, but I am contacting you all anyways to ensure a timely refund, especially after seeing other complaints filed with the BBC concerning this company were all refund related. I wanted the order cancelled 3 days after placing it and having worries about fraud, I told the woman on the phone I didn't have any confirmation number nor indication it had even been shipped, but that I had been trying to reach CS many a time, at least 3-4 times I chose the call back option and still nada. I don't understand how this website/business is still running. Please help me get an immediate refund once the product is returned and hopefully put a stop to their ***. Thank you

On April 11th I placed an order for (1) bottle of Apidren, there was an offer for an additional bottle for $5.00 which I accepted only to find out I was charged for (2) bottles, one at 49.95 and the other for 54.95. First scam ~ I then contacted them and stated my dissatisfaction with the false advertisement and I was told to just refuse or send back the shipment unopened and I would get a full refund. It's been weeks since I returned the unopened bottles and I still cannot get any customer service. I have been calling and e-mailing non stop. I just want my $111.72 back for a product that I never even tried.
